Need a place to camp while social distancing? Camp grounds full or not accommodating? We've got the place! Plenty of space to roam and spread out.

The site can accommodate a trailer/RV up to 35' in length. We have a strict policy of pack it in, pack it out, as well as leave no trace.

Bring your gear and hike our 40 acres to escape into nature. Climb the hill for views of the valley and Lake Roosevelt/Columbia river or camp in the trees for a more secluded feel. Plenty of sunshine during the day and an amazing amount of stars at night. At just the right time you might even see the Aurora Borealis. Our property is bordered by vast acres of timberland, beautiful thick underbrush, and an open meadow. Our 40 acres provide plenty of room to roam and we encourage you to do so. Enjoy the wildlife, we have deer, elk, wild turkeys, various bird life including magpies, ravens and eagles that frequent the property.

We are only 5 miles from the Kettle river, and a small grocery store for your use and enjoyment during your stay. A few miles beyond that is Lake Roosevelt/Columbia river for swimming, boating, kayaking, and fishing. In the winter bring your 4x4, and cold weather gear and do some snow camping, pack your snowshoes and take in a peaceful hike or go sledding.

We would also like to offer a work/trade option to those who are looking to stay and help out on the property. Come put in some sweat equity and then sleep under the stars. Send me a message through here and we can discuss the details. Please come and enjoy our property, we look forward to meeting you.

We also have primitive tent camp sites available. Ravens Crest single site, Ravens Crest group site, Panoramic Peak, & Sophie's Hideaway.

We came with our three small children in our trailer, and absolutely loved this “off the beaten path” hideaway. Angie and Ray are warm and gracious hosts. We hiked around the gorgeous property and enjoyed breathtaking views. The toilet and shower house were very clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was visiting the cute pigs and learning about them from Ray. We hope to return soon to explore the property more and take one of his survival classes!

Angie, Ray, Leroy & the squeelers are fantastic hosts! We really enjoyed our stay at their fabulous property! Two days & nights was not enough and we look forward to returning again one day. I had never been to northern Washington and found it so wondrous, and that there is so much more to see in that area that I can’t wait to revisit and experience more of it. We hiked the property and took in all the amazing views. Plenty of lakes and rivers nearby to enjoy when the sun is out! We highly recommend Rangie’s Hilltop Haven and all that is has to offer.
