Bring your RV, Boats, Tents, Camper Vans, and Trailers! We can accommodate it all! Our 10 acre property is located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, about an hour north of Seattle and an hour South of Vancouver Canada. We are located about 5 miles from a beautiful fishing and wakeboarding lake. You can also swim, kayak, paddleboard, etc. on this lake.  We are two hours away from Mount Baker which is famous for hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. A little over an hour to North Cascade National Park. We are 30 minutes from the famous Skagit Valley Tulip Festival and 40 minutes from the incredible San Juan Islands.  There are hundreds of hiking trails in our area and many just 10 minutes away. There are numerous wineries, breweries, and restaurants within 10-15 minutes of our house and local wine or beer can be provided at our house on your arrival by request.

Tent or no hookup sites
Host was very helpful when we arrived showing us everything we needed for our stay. We were close to the other camper’s which is what we wanted as we had multiple sites with friends but still had our own privacy. The property was great and was able to let our dog off lease with out worrying. Multiple trails to wonder and a beautiful pond. Only recommendation would be to have fire pits for each campsite however this was clear in the description so we brought our gas fire pit. Thank you Cassey for the great weekend.

Peace Haven is exactly as it sounds
put was so peaceful and Cassie and her husband where Amazon hosts, my kids absolutely loved the freedom to roam and jump on the trampoline, we were disappointed that we couldn't use the pond to swim or even just go watch this fish after the first day but caddie and her husband felt bad about that and even went above and beyond and purchased us a family gift card to the local YMCA whish was not necessary but amazing of them to do for us. my kids did not want to leave at all and i could have stayed forever the peaceful ambiance of the country is what i want 24/7 will definitely come back.

Our first time camping with hipcamp at Cassey’s was super! The setting under the trees was perfect and included a picnic table and 4 comfy chairs to relax in. The facilities were a short walk from our site. The hosts were super friendly and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Family Fun
Peaceful Haven exceeded our expectations! We had full hook-ups with a picnic bench, open field and trails to roam. Cassey and Eric greeted us upon our arrival, offered any help we needed and set us up with a camp fire at the communal fire pit. Our two kids enjoyed biking around the property, mingling with Cassey and Eric’s dog, sweet Lily, and room to blow bubbles and play corn hole. There was plenty of space to bring our own grill and BBQ too! We will definitely be back for another fun family adventure at Peaceful Haven!

Pros: The host Cassey is friendly, and hospitable, as is her dog Lilly. Peaceful Haven is a lovely piece of property in a rural farming area. It has space for kids and pets to play. A communal fire pit, a playground area, and a pond close by within walking distance. There's a field for tent camping, one full RV hook up and one partial hook-up with a big red barn/shop between them. We stayed in the full hook up site next to the red barn. There's a large concrete pad and a picnic table. It's well appointed with easy access to power/water/sewer. They've done a great job to provide a nice area and experience. It was quiet with lots of frog and bird chirps to relax to. Cons: The polished concrete pad is very slick when wet (bring an outdoor rug or pad to walk on). We were nestled between the red barn and another large R.V., which appeared to be a permanent addition. We would've liked to enjoy a better view of the property. Thanks for hosting and allowing us the opportunity to explore a new Hipcamp location.
