The vibe at PaJo Ranch
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
This is great camp spot! Robin was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a lot of land available that would accommodate a variety of camping styles. It has wonderful views of farmland valleys and the Cascade mountains, and has a very peaceful vibe. A variety of animals live on the property: chickens, ducks, sheep, and two adorable doggos, Shepherd and Spanky. If you have time, there are some gorgeous trails across the field and down by the river. We camped close to the house (and toilets/running water), but there were also more secluded spots, if that's your style. Their property is lined with deciduous trees, so I can only imagine how breathtaking it is in the fall. Robin also mentioned the pool potentially being opened to campers during the summer! I hope I get the opportunity to visit again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here while visiting the Seattle area! Robin has an amazing ranch that perfectly suited pitching the tent for the night. An added bonus having a toilet, shower (although we didn’t use the shower), fire pit, and a nice new picnic table. Robin was a great host and made us feel very comfortable staying here. Thanks for having us!
My girlfriend, her dog and I couldn't have been much happier with camping here. Robin gave great directions to her property, the property was vibrant/beautiful/awesomely maintained, Robin's dog Spanky was sweet as heck..... I don't know what else to say, aside from, "I feel lucky to have stayed at pajo ranch." WOULD RECOMMEND/WOULD COME BACK!!!
This was a beautiful piece of property with wonderful views! Robin was a very helpful and kind host too! We stayed here one night as a family, with our 22-month old son.
The reason for a mixed review is because this property is not advertised as being right next to the train tracks. The trains come by very frequently throughout all hours of the day and night. Between 12:30am-2am alone there were 6 trains and each one blew its hours as it went by the property. Because of this, none of us slept much.
If you are a deep sleeper and aren’t bothered by trains in the night, this is a great option for you. But if you’re looking for a relatively restful night of sleep, this isn’t recommended.
Thank you to Robin for opening up her property to us!
