Description

Day trippers and overnighters alike are invited to gather at American Forks Campground! This great space is settled at the confluence of the Bumping and American Rivers and includes a picnic shelter that was restored by the Civilian Conservation Corps, making for the perfect place to feast on sammiches and such. It’s usually open from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year and hosts whoever shows up first, so arrive early if you plan to stay ‘til sunrise.
