This off-grid, cozy retreat is just under 200 square feet, making it perfect for couples seeking a private getaway. The cabin features a queen and twin futon on the lower level, and space for a king air mattress (queen provided) in the loft. It’s stocked with linens, blankets, and pillows neatly stored in a wooden trunk. You'll also find a compostable wood-chip toilet, a cistern-fed sink with fresh, filtered spring water, a fridge/freezer, electric fireplace, and a small kitchen area with everything needed to cook, including a toaster oven, water boiler, and a camp stove just outside. The outdoor bathhouse is a true highlight, nestled among towering trees and accompanied by the soothing sound of the creek. Fully heated, it offers a propane-powered hot water shower, perfect for a relaxing soak—even in the winter! Outside, enjoy a large picnic table, a fire brazier with a cozy sitting area, and an enchanting view of the old growth rainforest right from the front wall of the cabin. We provide dish and toilet service (from outside, of course), and there’s convenient drive-up parking. A seasonal creek flows by the campsite from late September to June, adding to the natural charm. A short walk further down the trail brings you to the year-round creek. Perfect Place, even on a holiday weekend we had the creek area to ourselves multiple times. Drive in site 7 had plenty of shade and was absolutely massive. Michael greeted us and gave us a rundown of the property. 10/10

Absolutely gorgeous campground tucked in the woods and near a creek. The individual campgrounds are spaced so far apart that you feel like you’re camping by yourself. The compostable toilets were amazing and immaculate. The host, Michael, was so kind and welcoming. I’ve stayed at many a Hipcamp and NatureCamp is by far my favorite.

Wonderful experience! Michael, the host, was incredible and offered exquisite hospitality. We brought our truck camper and he has a perfect RV area that accommodated our rig perfectly. Well maintained and easy access in and out of the property. I would absolutely recommend and I hope to return again.

This campsite had everything we were looking for--privacy, quiet, and beauty. Our kids loved visiting the farm animals and skipping rocks in the river. We had plenty of space in our site with a sturdy picnic table that was close to very clean restrooms. We really enjoyed the sound of water nearby all weekend, and occasionally the bald eagles nesting overhead. The host was very friendly and helpful, and provided everything we needed. No complaints at all!

Another great Hipcamp experience! The sites are forested and private with nice big fire pits and plenty of space for tents. Our trip was at the end of the season and we were the only campers so had our choice of sites. We chose Site #3 because it had the best view of the sky. Alas, the Northern Lights were not on display but we saw a comet, a satellite, and bald eagles. My five month old puppy discovered her love of water in the beautiful creek. The hosts are very nice and we got to meet their goats, pet pigs, chickens and kittens. The pigs are a hoot!

Great place to visit and even better people hosting. Holly and Michael have a great set up here. Very accommodating with drinking water available, bathrooms, wheelbarrows to get your stuff to your site, small creek, fire pits and wood! Definitely would come back to get away.

This place is beautiful! The campsites are all very big, secluded, and surrounded by nature. We stayed at campsite #6 which was right by the creek and had its own path that led to it. The bathrooms are so clean and there is fresh drinking water. Best camping experience ever!

Beautiful spot nestled in old growth woods. The cabin is super quaint and had everything we needed. Would definitely go back and visit again. Lovely property and farm animals too. We have a six month old baby and put her up in the loft in her pack & play (which we brought).

We enjoyed our time at NatureCamp! Site 6 was great it was one of the most secluded sites and private trail to the creek. The land was beautiful and lots to explore like the little trails and the goats and pigs were a sweet addition. If you enjoy hip camps I would definitely recommend this spot! Not to mention the hosts were very welcoming and fresh drinking water available was such a thoughtful addition. However I am more of a middle of the woods type of backpacker/camper and you could hear cars driving nearby and you will see/hear other people more than I would have preferred.

Lovely holiday weekend

What a wonderful, magical place! The grounds and surroundings were lovely and the hosts were so generous and welcoming. We could not have asked for a more perfect holiday weekend. My daughter and I stayed at site #2. She’s 6 yo and found the small walks and creek to be entertaining. I will say if you’re staying at the “walk-in” sites, they are actually a ways from parking but they offer wheelbarrows to help schlep your stuff. I haven’t mastered the art of downsizing while in the great outdoors so I was happy with site #2 and the proximity to my car.

Nature Camp is fantastic! We've been coming here for three years now, and it's always a wonderful experience. Hosts are super nice. They offer a variety of stunning campsites, and the nearby creek provides a refreshing escape. Kids love exploring the farm animals, and there are plenty of hiking trails and waterfalls nearby to enjoy as well

We stayed at campsite five and it was magical for our four children. The owners are kind, communicative and attentive. They gave the kids an incredible farm experience and they got to pet the new kittens and have not stopped talking about it. The compostable toilet facilities are immaculate and so well thought out. They have preparation areas at the campsites for food. Nice fire pits. Each site is really well managed. Everything has been clearly well thought through and taken care of. The grounds are beautiful. My family and I will definitely be back again to camp when we can burn a campfire. A real five star experience. By far the best Hipcamp site we have been to!

This site was lush and densely green and filled with life. Birds, frogs and bunnies could be seen. The creek was peaceful and the sites were clean and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and classy. The walk in sites come with a 570ft hill- so just know that you need some robust cardiac health to pack in your gear down the path. The hosts were friendly and the whole experience was professional and positive. Would recommend!

We got lucky and had a father son weekend here. There were 4 of us in total that stayed in this site. Site 7 is awesome and centrally located to just about everything on property. Great size camp, big enough for two trucks to pull into the spot. I run a RTT and with both trucks in the site there was plenty of room for a couple more ground tents. Picnic tables provided along side a great fire pit. We were under a burn ban so we couldn’t use it but made a great location for our propane fire ring. The hosts are amazing, very kind and very excited to share this little slice of nature. They made sure that we were taken care of, gave us information about the property and local attractions upon arrival. Made sure all needs were met and best of all, the camp is very clean and the composting outhouses are spotless and kept very well. We will be back, for sure. The property offers a ton of adventure for curious kids with the stream running through the location. And if you’re a skilled enough angler, there is a little surprise waiting. The last thing I’ll say is location. The camp is locsted between some really spectacular attractions. From the falls to the Ape cave, it’s all an easy drive.

This was our 2nd visit to Nature Camp! We had a great time at site #4 (walk in). We are a family of 4 and it took us 3 trips down the trail to move our belongings by wheelbarrow 😁 it wasn’t bad at all. The kids loved walking the goats, visiting the kittens, and seeing the pigs and chickens. The hosts are SO warm, welcoming and kind. They were so generous with their animals and very patient with us when we went to meet the animals. The kids played for hours in the creek looking for fish and crawdads. The cedar bathrooms are so clean and easy to use. We look forward to going back to Nature Camp.

Holly and Michael were so friendly and their spot is lovely. Nearby wineries, secluded campsites, easy access to trails/hiking/water. The composting toilets were clean, they supply wheelbarrows to help you walk your stuff to the site, and there is drinking water. Would stay again!

Dreamy weekend in the cabin!
The Glamping Cabin at Nature Camp
My partner and I stayed in the glamping cabin for our anniversary, and had the most magical weekend imaginable. We compromised on the cabin because my partner loves to camp and I love creature comforts, and we were both totally satisfied with this arrangement. The amenities provided were rustic but comfortable and very clean. We brought our own 2 inch mattress topper for the futon, and slept SO comfortably. They provided a box fan for a breeze and white noise, which was all we needed for temperature control during the hot nights. We were provided enough water for the whole weekend, and the comport toilet was simple and easy to use. The cabin dishes and cooking implements were perfect for all our camp meals. We spent the largest percentage of our time in the private outdoor tub, overlooking the mossy fairy land. I loved visiting the friendly goats and pigs, and the farm cats put on a shakespearean play for us every night. Upon departure our car was VERY dead beyond the help of a simple jump, and the hosts very generously and graciously allowed us to stay hours beyond check-out time while we waited for a tow. We can't wait to come back next year!

Also were able to take the goats for a walk, see newborn kittens, eat fresh plums from the orchard, and play in the stream. Not a bad weekend.

Beautiful camp site! Clean and well maintained grounds. Easy to find and the host was very helpful and easy to contact. Lots of deer and other wildlife hanging around. I’ll definitely be back!

Very nice camping spot - we were able to fit 3 medium-sized tents in the space - although probably only 2 would have fit if we were using the fire pit (we used our own gas fire pit due to fire ban). Bathrooms were clean - drinking water was provided in 5-gallon jugs. We spent the day at Moulton Falls, which is just a short drive away. Loved all the creative little touches like gnarled wood bathroom handles and the kids toilet step stool crafted from a log. Also goats on leashes!!! I plan to return.

Overall we had a great time! The hosts are so kind and we even got to walk the goats! Caution to site 4 stayers!!! I believe our campsite though was in the cross hairs of the Bald Eagle feeding ground as each money we woke up with blood drops on our tent and around the area. Nothing the hosts could do as that’s just life! We overheard the host mentioning someone who has stayed at the campsite prior to us once had a caucus drop on them. So just be careful if you’re squeamish of it. We were very relaxed the whole trip and Moulton Falls is roughly 10 mins down the road. The swimming hole at the campsite is really only 3-4 inches so nice as a refreshment but if you’re looking to swim, prepare for Moulton Falls (free) or Battle Ground Lakes (cost). Thank you!

Site 4 , forest close to creek.
Such a beautiful and well-kept space. We loved our site but had to leave the property for a place to swim. Moulten Falls was bliss though- 9 min drive. We stayed in site 4 and had a haul with our things but wheelbarrows are available that make it much simpler. Plenty of space for our 3 tents. So much positive energy at the Nature Camp. Highly recommend.

All the sites we passed (and our own) were large, clean, and beautiful. The creek was lovely. The filtered water provided was perfect as well as the super clean/maintained bathrooms. We would definitely return!

We stayed at site 2 which was large enough for our family of 4(two toddlers) + dog. It felt very private and we were at the end of the camp grounds near the 2 trails which is great for kids because they just ran out of our site and onto the hike. The hikes themselves are very short so again, great for kids. You can also pull up to this site and pack/unpack easily. Highly recommended and we'll be back again! By the way, the other sites near the creek look amazing but its a good walk down with rocks and large branches throughout. If you're packing light its no problem but if you're like us and bring a small home with you I would book the sites closer to the parking. The one dad going up and down with a single wheel barrow I salute you! If you're at any of the higher level sites, the walk to the creek is less than 10 minutes. Thanks again Holly!

Site 3 drive-in large site / sun
This property was stunning! Quintessential PNW trees and creeks and hammocks abound. We loved how spacious and private our campsite (#3) was. Perfect for 5 adults, 2 dogs, and a curious toddler who was camping for the first time! We would absolutely stay here again.
