If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
The site was very green and close to the mountain which is nice if that is why you are camping here. When doing my pre check in I was sent a very extensive list of rules which includes that dogs are to be kept from barking. Very strict noise rules and then the spa area near the campground plays very loud music into the late night ( didn't stop before we went to bed at 10). There are strict no campfire rules yet the host delivered a fire pit to the people on each side of our site. When we tried to contact the host we didn’t get a response till the evening of the day we checked. We tried to call, email, and go by the office. We didn’t see the host all weekend.
Works as a base camp if you are off doing things during the day (going to Paradise, etc.). They did bring in fire pits so we could have a fire which was great. Cement pads for trailer and picnic table. Just nothing to do in camp.
Clean & close to the park
We asked to move from our assigned spot to one with a little shade & the host was very accomodating. Mainly it was an asphalt parking lot with patches of lawn & lots of dumpsters.
All the utilities worked & it was very close to the park so i would go there again if i couldnt find a more scenic spot.
Great place to camp!
A clean and quiet place to camp. Both the gas station and general store were out of ice but our host provided a ziploc bag full so our cocktails were icy. So nice and welcoming. If you like a peaceful campground where fun is had and quiet hours are respected, this is the place.
