Our property has a petting farm filled with donkeys, goats and chickens, a full gauge antique train on a 1.2 mile track, a 9-hole disc golf course, and the main town of Eastsound with award-winning food just minutes away. You will find ample hiking, beaches, and other outdoor activities nearby. A world class skatepark is located in the park across the street along with tennis and pickleball courts, and an off-leash dog park. Come experience Orcas Island in a truly unique way when you stay in one of the 65 campsites at Mount Baker Farm.

This campsite is an awesome adventure and worth taking the extra time to explore all around as well as take the train that circles the property (it makes the voyage twice a day, at 10AM and 6PM as of this posting). The train won't be able to take you to every camp spot, but never fear - there are other ways to get to your camp spot! Read on ...
Cheryl and Barb were extremely hospitable and are true stewards of one of the remaining undeveloped farms in Eastsound, WA. This is car camping in the sense that you park your vehicle on the property, but you will have to either walk your gear in (they provide carts) or get a lift via golf cart. We loved it because there was NO light pollution from late-arriving cars, no noise and no car exhaust.
The walk to downtown Eastsound is ~10-15 minutes and things are so darned pretty it's no matter. If you are in that much of a rush, take your car but miss out on seeing all of the small-town sweetness up close.
We will be back. This place is magical!
We glamped out here in a very comfortable Bulb tent. The campground is really well setup with good amenities. The forest is lush. Barbara and Cheryl are lovely.
That said, during peak season, some sites may be very close together.
