Get away from it all in a private little piece of forested land between Mt St. Helens and Mt Rainier. No phones, no computers, just huge trees and an occasional deer passing through. The 5 acre property is nestled in a quiet forest on a paved dead end road, 20 minutes from Mayfield lake. There you can swim, fish or boat. The cowlitz river is nearby as well as Riffe lake, Mt Rainier national park and Mt St. Helens. Go hiking or sightseeing or just relax and explore the 5 acre property and it's artistic touches created by the previous life long resident, "cowboy", including a giant wooden rattlesnake and comfy branch bench, on the porch. My stepfather has continued the artistic vision with a colorful painted shower. There is a double bed, a single bed and the table also converts into a bed, so it would be good for a small family or bigger family if someone wants to pitch a tent on the property. Come get away from it all!

Mossy Hideaway
Laura met us at the site and greeted us with a warm heart and bright smile. She spoke of a little history of the land and the magic it has brought into her life. Our experience here was nothing less than magical. The land was breathtakingly beautiful, quickly leaving both my wife and I in awe. The palette of greens presented endless hues which added to the ambience. We felt really secluded and the massive old growth trees surrounding the land made us feel like we were in our own little fantasy land. Absolutely fantastic stay and we plan to come back in the future for a cozy getaway ❤️
