Great affordable spot to park up.
Lenore is super friendly, helpful, happy and considerate. I have seen her interact this way with other campers too. She waits at the site for campers to arrive ok, and goes above and beyond to make sure they have what they need. The property is well maintained. I felt completely safe and comfortable here. There is plenty of space at the sites for a vehicle, chairs, table etc. The porta potty is clean, emptied on Mondays. Not too buggy at the moment. Lots of bird sounds including owls. Coyotes in the distance. The nearby highway traffic noise is sometimes fairly loud. The small aircraft fly overhead. It gets dark enough to see stars well enough. There are short trails through the trees. The Sunday farmer's market is a few minutes walk and is small but has plenty of food, goodies and crafts with very friendly people. I'd like to try the Saturday market a little farther down the road. I am very happy I tried this spot, and would stay here again.
South whidbey gem
Lenore is a wonderful host. Attentive and caring for her guests. Quiet site, some road noise but not really noticeable, wonderfully located for exploring South Whidbey Island.
