Josh's land has a nice view, is easy to get to and has enough room for 1 RV and a couple tents. Note that the RV hookup is down the hill, not where you would park an RV and the water was turned off. When we visited it wasn't ready for campers yet. There was still a lot of work to do to get it ready including cleaning up the site, leveling the tent area and finishing the stairs and fire pit area. Also this site is not private and has some road noise. The neighboring home that is being built up the hill has a lot of construction noise and has a clear view of site. It has potential, but needs some work before it's ready.

The main caping area. Sleepy dog.View from our camper. The long paved driveway. The RV hookup and water are down the hill, but not near the campsite area. It was very difficult to back up the trailer up this long driveway.tent lodging
