10/10 would recommend staying here! Jim was very accommodating and friendly. We needed to stay here the night that we booked the reservation. Jim was very prompt in replying. He met us at the greenhouse on the hill and took us to our camp spot. He then offered pottable water and a fire pit for our fire.
Just In our short time staying we saw a deer amongst the Sapling Christmas trees and quail hoping around on his property. This is a Christmas tree farm where Jim grew up and he takes pride in the land.
The only thing is wish was that we had more time to spend visiting the other local farms. I saw signs for strawberries, apples and blueberries right by his farm.
The driveway is a little steep so people with bigger Rvs and campers make sure you can make the turn! Jim provides excellent directions on this in the description of the directions.

Jim was a terrific host, going the extra mile with RV leveling and positioning help and offering other above and beyond help and local 4-1-1.
He did a great job of communicating throughout our experience. We found the property to be absolutely perfect for our family’s maiden voyage in our first RV.
The location was great, with Big Barn Brewing so nearby (we had a great experience there too), and farms all around with grocery and gas nearby. We also enjoyed a great trip to Mt Spokane which was a pleasant 30 minute drive away.

We live in town and wanted a quick and easy one night getaway to watch the comet. Jim had a great site up at the top of the property to see the stars at night. It was quiet and peaceful. Jim was very kind and brought us firewood and even offered to help us with our truck and trailer since we’re new to all of this. We were a bit worried the uphill gravel driveway would be difficult but it was easy and not an issue. We will come back for a quick weekend getaway! Thanks!

I’m happy your family enjoyed watching the Comet and stargazing. Happy to accommodate anytime!
Meadow = parked next to main road
Jim's property is about 40 acres and looks beautiful, and rugged. But when we arrived I hadn't expected that I would be put in the "meadow" a nice little area near some of the Christmas Trees and a pond, but also right up against a very active main road. We got to listen to cars roll by all day and night, some thumping base from loud stereos and some honking horns. If you stay here, and you're offered the meadow, just say no.

I’m sorry you had a negative experience in the meadow. I would not normally expect traffic to be a problem at night. There are some things I can not control. Normally traffic is not an issue at night. Had I known about your concerns, I could have moved your group away from the road noise. I will try to be more aware of future guests needs in the future. My apologies.
Jim is cool. Thanks for the camping spot and generous hospitality. :)

He David, I’m happy you guys enjoyed your stay. I welcome you back anytime! Safe Travels!
We were given 3 options and chose the lower meadow for our 24 foot motor home. There was no power or water but our rig is self contained so we were fine. Although it is next to the road it was very quiet and private. The birds were fantastic - meadowlarks, chickadees and all sorts of other birdsong we were not familiar with. Jim met us as soon as we arrived and was very helpful - describing things to do and see nearby and on the property. We took a walk after dinner and saw two white tail deer and some quail. There was a lovely sunset view from the top of the hill where the house is located. It’s not too far from town but felt like we were out in the country. It was a very nice place to stay!

Great host-nice guy! Quiet peaceful night’s sleep with lots of birds singing in the morning. Very accommodating host. Reserved 2 hours before arrival and he responded almost immediately. Would not hesitate to stay again. Really neat area to explore the farms and breweries/wineries nearby.

Thanks for your informative review Jenny! I hope you will visit and explore more of Green Bluff next time, happy travels!, Jim D.
Jim was a great host, communicating well and going above and beyond with RV siting and leveling help, other assistance and area information.
We loved the spot, it was very relaxing quiet and comfortable..

We enjoyed our time staying here with our children as we were traveling through the area. The land was very beautiful and peaceful. Our kids loved to play out in the open meadows. The view was lovely. It was nice to have access to toilets and to be able to have access to good water. Jim supplied us with a mega pile of wood for a great bonfire. Way more than a bundle of wood for $5 at a store! The location was nice and close to many berry farms/orchards. We bought a homemade cherry pie just a mile up the road! Overall, our experience was great!

Thankyou for your very informative review Leah! I hope the rest of your travels are adventurous, safe travels! Jim D
