Had a terrific one night stay in the cabin and I'd say it was exactly the "just get me outta the city" excursion I needed. Cabin is very cozy and well-insulated even in the cold, access to the lake is right in front of your door, very private and quiet, everything you need to be comfortable! I didn't do any fishing but I did take the kayak out on the water super early in the morning for a relaxing spin. Very reasonable price, very secure, and Jeff was very helpful and considerate with every step. Would highly recommend the stay if you don't need anything fancy.
Great spot! Rustic but comfy. Very pretty location. We brought our camping gear, but didn’t need anything else besides the bedding and our dishes. Water was easy and tasty. Thanks!

It’s more spacious inside than I expected and the dogs had Lots of room to run a muck and play outside. Jeff was very accommodating and prompt. If you don’t want to sleep on a futon or cot bring an air mattress. Also the heater is a beast once it kicks in so set it on 60-65 and be patient:) Perfect escape.
