They were super helpful and friendly! Great hosts! They also went above and beyond our expectations after a few rough experiences through this site. Would definitely stay with them again. Stars galore! Oh also, they have the sweetest dogs and are currently fostering 2 precious puppies.
Hunters Cove was a great spot for an overnight stopover. Very rustic, basic outdoor toilet and no shower. Tent set up on a grassy spot with a fire pit nearby. Beautiful dogs and a cat to keep us company! Sheila and her mother in law were lovely and very welcoming, super chatty and so hospitable. We booked last minute and they made every effort to make sure we felt welcome! Would love to stay again!
We had a great stay at Hunter's Cove! It was a perfect place to camp just a short drive outside of Yakima. Sheila and Gene were very welcoming hosts along with the three friendly dogs that greeted us when we arrived! The campsite beside the house is set up nicely with a large fire pit, chairs, a gas grill, horseshoes, and a view out over the valley. We were only there for one night, but I wish we could have stayed more! We look forward to another stay at Hunter's Cove soon!
