HUNTIN SEASON: Pitch a tent, or you can dry camp in your RV. We have room for 4 or 5 RV, 'S and can accommodate large pull through units. The property consists of 35 acres of desert land, it has two bluff's, one East and one West, they overlook a wildlife area that is home for owls, hawks, and four legged critters. The refuge provides a unique opportunity for guests to view and photogrsph these magnificent birds of prey and observe their hunting expeditions in the morning an evening. During Upland Bird & waterfowl season, for an additional $50 per gun and a valid Washington State hunting license you can hunt Pheasant, Quail, Dove, Chile and Duck. The property abuts a leopard hunting and fishing club. The birds are abundant. Check first for availability because we don't want to over hunt it or have too many hunters on a given day. Hope Valley Outdoor Adventures is located 15 miles North of Pasco WA, it Is an oasis in the heart of the local farming community. Isolated, but not far from many specialty stores and a small night life. There is one convenience store a couple miles up the road, or you can drive to Pasco for supplies. With few neighbors to complain, you can stay up late, have a fire, and listen to music. No worries about disturbing anyone. Pets are welcome, but if Fido weighs less than 10-15 lbs he might end up on the wrong end of a breakfast or dinner.. Other amenities include: mountain biking trails (bring your bike), horseback riding (bring your horse), and/or go hiking along the labyrinth of irrigation canals fed from Grand Coulee Dam. A short drive gets you to the Columbia or Snake Rivers, both boasting excellent fishing for Salmon, steelhead, Sturgeon, Walleye, Bass and Trout. About 20 mins away is juniper forest which is an off readers dream, miles of sand dunes for public offloading. The Gorge, is about an hour away. There are large outdoor music festivals with the biggest stars all summer long. This is a new venture and amenities or basic for now. We have listened to our guests praises and complaints addressing them as much as possible. The restroom's (miniature Tepees) are well marked and in pristine condition. We have plans for archery, paintball, ziplines, horse rentals, mountain bike rentals and even electric dirt bike rentals.

It was beautiful! A lot of space! Was a nice night. Was able to look at the stars and felt very comfortable. Phillip was very accommodating to our needs. Sadly we got there too late and werent able to see the owls and hawks. But that just means we will have to come back! Excited to see what he does with the land.

Phillip was very welcoming, he had raked a spot for our tent, picked up a five-gallon water jug, and even had firewood for us to use. The stars were easy to see, which is always nice, and we slept soundly. Phillip has some exciting plans for his property, so I encourage you to ask him about those. The is primitive, but we managed fine. It was a great stay, and we are hoping to return to see the owls fly by.

The property has potential and the owner has a great vision of what it could be, but it wasn’t ready for campers the night we stayed.

The farmyard dog barked all night.

Can’t in good faith recommend.
