Near North Cascades National Park
Within a 30-minute drive from the North Cascades National Park Wilderness Information Center.
We live on a beautiful farm tucked in the foothills of the North Cascades. We are a multi-generational farm with chickens, a giant organic garden, a couple of horses [pasture pets], three dogs, a couple of barn cats [and one prissy house cat]. We also raise 100% grass-fed and finished cattle utilizing regenerative farming practices. We have a beautiful private mountain view pasture that we can not use to graze the cattle, so we decided to make it available for folks to have a gorgeous private campsite. All the money we make from this campsite goes back into our family farm and our endeavors to provide excellent beef for those who value small family farms and regenerative farming practices.

Site 2 - Private Sauk Mountain View Pasture
Field of dreams
We loved every minute of our stay at Jared's beautiful campsite. The panoramic views of the mountainside and being completely immersed in nature was exactly what we were seeking. The rolling clouds on the hillside and the way the firelight hit the trees at night was just stunning. We even made friends with turkeys and chickens that came to say hello while entering the gate to the completely private field where we camped. It was nice that the field was level for the RV, which made it easy to set up and access, both going in and coming out. As mentioned, the porta potty provided was extremely clean and well stocked and even had hand sanitizer, which was a nice touch. We didn't hear any dogs barking, as mentioned in previous reviews, but at one point, when we went exploring at night in the field, we startled some elk that were sleeping nearby. They did make a very interesting barking sound, warning us to back away, which we did respectfully. We love this location, and we'll happily return as there's so much to explore in the nearby areas with the rivers, waterfalls, and Lake Diablo not being that far away. We came on an overcast night, but we hope to come back on a clear night as there is no light pollution and the view of the stars would be just remarkable. Jared met us upon arrival, as he was just dropping off the propane campfire for us and we met his wonderful boys. Such a treat to be able to support an awesome family like Jared's. We definitely recommend this location!

BEAUTIFUL PEACEFUL PLACE
We had a wonderful stay. Absolutely the only negative thing were the barking dogs. That did get annoying.

Site 2 - Private Sauk Mountain View Pasture
Our plans had to change at the last minute so we didn’t end up staying but Jared’s communication and updates prior to that were great and the instructions to find the land were very clear and easy!

Scenic farm, bring earplugs
Yes, the dogs are barking sundown to sun up. But the other animals are so lovely. We watched the cows and horses and even got to pet the goats. The site is wide open with a nice view, the Porta potty was spotless and Jared was very communicative (though we didn’t see anyone during our visit).
