Pitch your tent creekside and let the sounds of nature heal your soul. There is a short 20-30 minute hike from the road down to the creek. It should be considered a moderately difficult hike. The trail is pretty much a deer/ cow footpath. It will be primitive and you'll have to pack in anything you need to survive. Please be responsible and respect the land. There is a swimming hole in town in addition to a bike/ walking trail that goes North/ South from town. In addition the Colville National Forest sits to both the East and West of us within 5 miles with ample recreational activities.
