Our Little Red Cabin is nestled in Paradise Estates just 5 miles from the Paradise Entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park.

The cabin has an outdoor fire pit, a large deck where you can sit and listen to the Big Skate Creek roll by and is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.  Not only are there hundreds of trails and areas to explore in the park but also the surrounding
Gifford Pinchot National Forest.

The cabin will sleep 3-4 people and has a queen size bed in an upper loft as well as a futon on the main floor.  Bedding is provided.

The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and utensils, has a microwave, a small 4-burner stove and a dorm-sized refrigerator.  It also has a coffee pot, coffee bean grinder and an electric tea-pot; which means you can drink your favorite beverage while sitting out on the deck. The nice-sized 3/4 bathroom has a shower and towels are provided.  We have a charcoal grill on the deck, too; bring your own charcoal! We welcome up to 2 dogs (with their owner’s) in this cabin.

Come and enjoy the cozy charm of Little Red.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Little Red Cabin. The cabin is cozy and clean with all the amenities you may ever need. It was lovely to hear the water rushing of the Big Skate Creek behind the property. We had a rejuvenating weekend and would absolutely come back for another stay. GPS and directions from the host accurately guided us to the cabin.

Peggy is a great host and very communicative. She wants to make sure you are having a great stay in the cabin. The wood we had a hard time catching fire, so Peggy was kind enough to drop by a hatchet for us to borrow. Firewood is available to buy in Ashford.

The Little Red cabin is a great location as hiking trails are close by at the Big Creek campground and the cabin is about 10-15 minutes away from the Paradise entrance of Mt Rainier National Park.

The Little Red Cabin was absolutely wonderful for a weekend getaway. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals, but we also enjoyed checking out the Highlander restaurant in Ashford, which is only a few miles down the road.

The area is great for hiking and exploring. The cabin is situated so close to Mt. Rainier, making access to the National Park lands a breeze. Peggy was incredible accommodating as a host, and easy to get ahold of when needed. I look forward to staying in her cabin again!

Spent 2 nights here with my pup and loved every moment. This was my first cabin experience and thought it was setup really well. I had a difficult time getting a fire going (not a professional fire maker), so I was really happy there was heat in the house. Highly recommend eating at Copper Creek Inn. Best fries and blackberry pie that I’ve ever had (burger was just “ok”). Close to a grocery store and other restaurants. I’ll definitely be back when there’s better weather as I’d love to use the outdoor fire pit. Also-Peggy was super great with communication and quick to respond. Thanks again for the stay Peg!
