We are a small startup family farm. Our 80 acre parcel will offer you with many different opportunities. From the 40 acres of Alfalfa growing, to the orchard, to the many different livestock that we have here. Our family has jumped into the most amazing lifestyle and we love it. We are currently full time in our RV on the land. We are currently under a remodel construction project. It is close to the camp site. However, you are far enough away to still feel you have privacy and enjoy your stay. While waiting to get our house finished we have jumped into figuring out where our family farm is headed. It has been a fun journey so far and we look forward to being able to share it with you. SPECIAL NOTES: Our driveway is a little steep upon entrance. The power and water are further away than normal. We provide everything needed to make this a non problem for you. We have 4 “barn” cats running around. They tend to be too friendly and curious sometimes. We cannot guarantee that you won’t have cat prints on your vehicle… or one even trying to sneak in with you. We just want you to have the full picture before spending your hard earned money and trying to enjoy your stay. Learn more about this land: Your stay will be had on our fully operational small family farm. You are welcome to enjoy our animals following a short conversation of the rules while on your stay. Your RV door will be facing our neighbors black angus cow pasture. It is possible that you could have some visitors out your door from time to time! (On the other side of the fence of course) We typically have trails cut throughout the property for exploring if you choose. Our family lives on-site and fairly close to the RV pad. While we have no problem giving you as much privacy as possible. We do want you to know that this is a working farm and that means, heavy equipment could need to be operated. Animals make noise, and offer smells if the wind is blowing just right. We will almost always be outside doing something. Please be sure that this is something you are aware of and willing to have be a part of your stay.Your stay will be had on our fully operational small family farm. Farmstay RV Pad
Great views & animals, awesome host
Derek and Hailey’s farmstay is INCREDIBLE — they are great hosts and seriously, I can’t recommend them enough. They are out there living the dream and sharing it with anybody who comes around. The eggs — delicious! Princess the pig — adorable! The rolling hills — spectacular. Don’t hesitate to book with them. Also, the water/electric hookups were a major plus.

BEST CAMP/FAMILY EVER!! Don't wait
What a treat! We booked on our road trip through the PNW. We loved everything about this stay. Derek and his family were so amazing. We arrived super late, in the dark and Derek guided us the whole way there. When we arrived, we set up camp and stayed up looking at the stars and playing with the cats that came to visit. In the morning, the boys were anxious to see the farm animals. The family accompanied us to all the animal pens where we met tons of Pigs, fed the goats, cows and chickens. Hailey even gave us a dozen fresh eggs. Their children were adorable. Our boys played on the swing set and fort with them while they offered us popsicles. To be honest, we hated to go! It was the first camp of our road trip and the BEST! Thanks you Derek and Family! We loved hearing about your dream to start a farm/ranch. Very inspiring. Best of luck!

Farmstay RV Pad
Great stay on a cute family farm!
We would highly recommend the Farmstay RV Pad to anyone! This RV Pad is located in a secluded area on a cute family farm only 25 minutes from downtown Spokane. The host family is wonderful and so friendly! We even got a tour of their farm and animals! The RV pad is very level and spacious and everything we needed. Make sure you listen to Derek's directions on which way to come into their driveway as coming in the wrong way will make for too tight of a turn for your camper. Also make sure you have a long enough extension cord and hose for the water and electric hookups which are about 60 feet away from the pad. If we are ever in the area again, we will absolutely be staying with Derek and his family again!

Farmstay RV Pad
Quiet yet close to Spokane!
The Farmstay RV Pad was amazing! The pure quietness allowed for some much needed rest, the farm animals are adorable, the star gazing is absolutely some of the best, the family is friendly and welcoming…I’ve been traveling for two weeks and this place has been my favorite. Spokane is close enough for shopping and entertainment. If I’m ever in a need to stay in Spokane again, I will book at the farm.
