The site is in an area wheee families vacation, and golf. The area is a flat area with table, firepit, and electric hookups. We did not speak to the owners, but it was quiet, and relaxing. My family and i enjoyed the nature.
We stayed in site #1 during a September visit to Packwood. It’s a property in a neighborhood with a mix of houses and mobile homes. Access in and out was super easy. Although the level lot is grass and there had been lots of rain, there’s enough gravel in the soil that everything stayed solid. Lots of shade to keep things cool. The neighbors to the rear had parties both nights we were there, but that’s the only thing we could mention as a negative. Gloria was super nice and everything about the site was just as we expected.
Great place to have a central camp. It is residential but depending on the setup you can be secluded. I would say if you do have more than one trailer or R.V. make sure you have an extension for your power (220 at the post) and water too so you can situate the vehicles as you wish. Owner was very helpful and responsive! We will be back!
