The vibe at The Farm at Four Ewe Ranch
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Michelle was an amazing host! She was very flexible in allowing us to pitch our tent pretty much wherever we wanted. She would always ask if we needed anything. Her mom, who lives there as well, is real sweetheart. She was also very helpful if we needed anything. This is a great place to stay and check out Anderson Island. The kids loved the animals and michelle would allow them to help feed the chickens. One thing to be aware of however is the roosters wake up very early! There are some places to pitch a tent that will be further away that might help. We pitched ours right next to the coop. 😛 Tho eating breakfast while surrounded by chickens was fun and made it worthwhile for us as our young daughters really enjoyed them.
Awesome vibe and fantastic hostess!! Camp site fit our 10-person tent with plenty of room to spare for hanging out, cooking, etc. We loved meeting the animals on the farm and chatting with the hostess and her mom. Totally recommend and plan on going back. Bring your good vibes to 4 Ewe Farm and it will return them 10-fold!
Miki and her mom are amazing hosts with a wonderful farm! Totally relaxing experience amid the tranquility. Their spirit of sharing and hospitality is top notch, and the farm is a lovely and uplifting example of sustainability and self-sufficiency that the world needs more of. Will definitely be back!!
This was a beautiful campsite, with lots of friendly animals around. The ferry ride to Anderson Island is very pretty as well, and once you get to the island there's lots to do and many great beaches to go swimming! At the farm you can see llamas, alpacas, goats, chickens, and sheep, and get a guidebook of things to see around the island
We really enjoyed our time at Four Ewe Ranch. We opted for the site close by the farm so we could see the wonderful animals. The host was great, very kind and generous, and she took time to show us around her property. Highly recommend!
We had a great stay and enjoyed the farm atmosphere as we have our own small hobby farm back at home. The site was well prepped and the host was wonderful. For those not used to the farm setting, keep in mind that roosters will crow very early in the morning.
Michelle and the site were wonderful. I could not stop sharing how great our experience was to everyone I came in contact with following the visit. I went with my two young kids and a friend with her young child. They were over the moon with all the animals and the chance to interact with them. The site was great with cute lights that came on at night. The portable toilet was more than adequate.
The ranch is lovely and the animals were wonderful! The ranch itself is very cute with a number of different farm animals to enjoy and view with chickens and ducks walking about. Michelle was a fabulous host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience and were comfortable and had a great time. She also provided a laminated map with tips, places to visit and the ferry schedule. I couldn't have asked for more. We had a wonderful experience and would come back again!
Michelle is an amazing host!! She spent many hours teaching us about farm animals, herbs, yarns and more. She shared her amazing life journey and how she started the farm with us. Thanks for sharing your amazing farm, Michelle.
Her mom is cool too!
