Stay in our mossy forest wonderland! We have over 100 acres, most of which is wooded and about 10 acres is a working organic farm. We have a wide range of heirloom vegetables, 75+ fruit trees, nearly an acre of heirloom (95 years old!) blueberry bushes, grapes, kiwi, strawberries, and much more. We may have farm fresh eggs for sale as well as organic produce. The forest itself is lovely-something out of a fairy tale with lush moss, ferns, with large evergreen and deciduous trees.

Our land is nestled at the foothills of the North Cascades, with Finney Creek running through the land and emptying into the Skagit River a half mile away. You may swim in the creek or in the river, explore our land or a great hike to a waterfall just a few miles down the road. This is an excellent location as a home base for hiking, boating, hot springs, and even day trips over the pass into Winthrop. We are located just under 2 hours from Seattle and 90 minutes from Vancouver BC. The closest towns are Concrete and Sedro Woolley-there is a most excellent gluten free bakery nearby, an outstanding pizza parlor, a great Korean restaurant, and more.

We can accommodate larger groups, please feel free to message us. We have many years of experience hosting private and public events on this land, and have some infrastructure to support a wide range of needs. We have hosted weddings and other private events--this space is perfect for your family reunion, retreat, workshop, or other gathering.

There are a range of options for a large group depending on your needs and our availability. We find that many people prefer to use the flat grassy area for large groups as adjacent parking is available.  This area is nestled against the treeline, and there is space for several tents (2-4 person size) in the trees, and the meadow offers additional camping space, especially for XL tents.  There is lots of room to spread out in the meadow if you choose not to camp amongst the adjoining trees, and although it is in open space we do not host any other campers in the meadow area to help your group maintain a bit of privacy.

However, we do have some really amazing spots in the forest--there are multiple campsites near to each other and very close to the creek (can accommodate around 6 small tents). Camping in this area would require a walk of about 100 feet down a forest trail (we have wheelbarrows and wagons available to help transport your items) with parking available 150-300 feet from your campsite. Message us with your need and we're happy to provide more information and additional photos if needed!

We don't offer direct booking for group camping, as we want to make sure we understand your needs and can accommodate them prior to booking.

The listed fees are for weekend and a discounted weekday rates, but we also offer weekly rates. Please inquire.

We loved our stay at Finney Farm this past summer! The grounds were lovely and private, with a really great little swimming hole on the river just a short walk through the woods. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming of our group of 10 gals. The pit toilet was clean (for a pit toilet - haha). The only thing that was kind of a bummer was there was no picnic table at the group camp. Luckily, someone brought a folding table so we could set our BBQ on something, and other than that we used the bed of our truck to put out food for the group. The group camp is right on the main driveway of the farm, but since there’s not a ton of traffic going in and out of the farm, we didn’t mind, and we definitely appreciated the large open area to soak up some sunshine.

Looking up the river.View of the swimming hole at dusk.Group camp. Plenty of room for tents, trailers, and vehicles for a large group.
