Zack and Liz are WONDERFUL hosts! We were greeted by the host upon arrival, and were given a nice overview of the amenities they provide. They even provided us with a long list of Whidbey Island activities (which was extremely appreciated). The campsite itself is private and far away enough from both the home and road. The small farm on the land is a great bonus (the cutest farm animals!). Would definitely recommend and return!

Beautiful property and extremely responsive, friendly and helpful host! For a hammock camper, this site was a bit of a challenge. There are TONS of greatly spaced trees, but they are often IN or next to the berry brambles. With some-maybe extensive-work, it would be a hammock hanger's haven! However, definitely a bit of a challenge trying to get the hammocks setup with the tarps being able to provide rain coverage-had quite a few close encounters with the local berry bushes that was not so pleasant. Otherwise, a beautiful and semi private area with very pleasant hosts and tons of berries to be picking here in the next month or two! Amenities are available as well- see original post. We only availed ourselves of the toilet and had option to explore further, but did not do so this trip.

Yes the berry bushes are on the to do list. I am sorry about the sticky situation. Thank you for the advice and we will definitely take care of the berry bushes.

The area is beautiful! Clearly a lot of love has gone into the grounds. Our host and his sons were friendly, kind, and welcoming (even taking us with to feed the chickens, geese, and ducks). Make sure to visit the pigs and ask about the fresh chicken and duck eggs. We will definitely be back!

First hipcamp experience! Beautiful property and Zach was a great host. My kids loved feeding the pigs. There is also lots of cool thing to do close by on the island. We went to Fort Casey and Rosario Beach.

We spend one night “van camping” with a 5yr old & this spot was perfect! Plenty of privacy with a fire pit included.

Kid had a blast feeding the pigs!

The property was secluded and private. We loved being greeted by Zack. His dogs were beautiful, and his estate was well maintained. He was an excellent host offering us a chance to feed his animals. After a full weekend, we're ready to book a return trip later this year.

My husband and I had a nice time at EZ Bee Farm. The campsite was not as private as we would have expected/hoped but part of that is owing to the fact that we were directly off a main path whereas the other campsites were more tucked back. One other thing to note is the toilet at the time had very little privacy and was close to our campsite.

Zack was super helpful and we had a nice weekend stay on the property.

Response from Zack and Liz, the Host, on June 1st, 2020

Thank you Julie for the honest review! That was our first weekend and having four sites was to much. I noticed you all didn't have as much privacy so we dropped down to one site. I have also added a pallet wall around the toilet to give more privacy. Been working on a roof for the rainy days as well. Please come visit again with some much needed privacy as well.

We enjoyed every minute on the farm. Zack and his family were fantastic hosts. We enjoyed their hospitality, a quiet location, and were able to feed his farm animals. I will find another weekend to return and enjoy his farm again!
