THE ROAD: Our rustic mountain retreat is on a rural county road. Many of the county roads in our area (like ours) are dirt roads. Our farm can easily be reached in two wheel drive and mostly two wheel drive even during the winter. In the really dry parts of the year the county is unable to grade the road and it can get rough. Also, when we get a fair amount of rain, water run off can can create dips in the road until the county has a chance to grade the road again.
CELL SERVICE: Sometimes folks get very connected to their devices. At the farm we have cell service, but not on the 6 miles of road up to the farm.
DIRECTIONS: From the highway, please go up Deadman Creek Rd for 3.8 miles, turn right onto Jacknife Lookout Rd and go 2 more miles, then turn right at a large sign that says, "Dreamswept Farm", and has a dreamcatcher with a horse in it.
