Nestle into Mossflower Cottage which sleeps two adults.  Should you need a little more space, we can accommodate 1 tent next to the cottage for an additional 2-3 people ($10 per person after two). (please note there is only one toilet in cabin for all guests). We provide bedding in the cabin, or you may use your own sleeping bags. There is running water from our well plus a filter for the hot water kettle. We provide a coffee press, mini fridge and electric skillet.  A composting toilet is in the cottage.  We are a two minute walk to Cline Spit. You can kayak to the New Dungeness Lighthouse in your own kayak.  Observe eagles nest nearby, ride bikes to Dungeness Spit, Sailboard in the bay, enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets. We are a thirty minute drive to the Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent and very near to the Discovery Trail.  Sequim has many local restaurants which we are happy to recommend, and Nash's Organic Produce is just a couple miles down the road. Lavender farms are within walking distance or a short drive and they're open!  We have firewood if requested for a slight fee. Though our 1892 farm house is nearby, you cannot see it from the cottage, but should you need anything, we are happy to help out quickly. Wildlife includes raccoons, deer, eagles, coyotes and hummingbirds who nest in the trees around the cottage.  Just down the road is the Olympic Game Farm. Hope to see you soon!

My family and I loved this place. The campsite was very clean and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. It is only a short walk to the water and a great jumping off place for exploring Olympic National Park. Would highly recommend to other future hipcampers!

Perfect little sunny get away! The Cottage has everything needed and is perfectly located to easily get to the wildlife refuge, game farm, Discovery Bike Trail, fishing....and so many little touches (French press, goodies, fire pit, high quality plates/silver/knives....plus the hosts were lovely! The historic and iconic barn on the property can’t take a bad photo - make sure to ask for the tour!

Wonderful communicators, very accommodating, wonderful location for us, informative and just all around lovely. My mom was in town and she was just tickled by her stay, the conversations with the hosts, the Lavendar, and vibe! I have a 6 year old who had a blast with the swing, watching the chickens, and the free space to run!
Much appreciation for their time!

We had a pleasant stay for 4 nights. Ms Mary and Mr Rick are super hosts. They give accurate directions to the cottage and are very communicative. They are very friendly and amazing. The cottage was clean and welcoming. All COVID rulers and regulations were followed. It’s safe to travel with kids. We were a family of 4 with a 8 year old boy and 11 month old daughter. My son loved the farm area and the barn. Mr Rick gave us a tour on request. It’s close to Olympic game farm which will be loved by kids. Close to Cline spit park and dung ness park which are good for bird watching and during low tides, it’s good to see sea creatures. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to go back.

Mary Beth and Rick are wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with smile and warmth and were attentive to our needs. The cottage is cozy and clean. The property is in a great location where it’s close to Dungeness Spit and Cline Spit, and only minutes drive into town. We used the cottage and set up out tent and it was very private. We highly recommend Mossflower.

We had a lovely weekend at the Cottage. Gorgeous views of the mountains and the Bay from the property. Plenty of room to let kids run around. We camped, but appreciated the use of the cottage for its bathroom/sink, mini fridge, etc.

Rick and Mary Beth were very welcoming and gracious hosts. They made sure we were settled in and Rick gave us a tour of the unique and fabulous barn on the property. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely recommend Mossflower Cottage to others.
