The vibe at Mt Hood Haven
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Our experience at ConTENTment Acres was so great. When we arrived we were greeted by Pamela and a few of her lovely animals. She gave us the tour and made sure we knew how to start the stove and all the other essentials. The property was beautiful and would be fun for any size group. Our tent (more like a cabin!) had a wood stove, shower, toilet, fully stocked kitchen and anything else you would need to feel at home. It rained the night we stayed there and the sound of the rain on the roof was so relaxing. We stayed warm and cozy all night. Pamela said she loves staying out there in the winter and I can see why. This place is probably beautiful year round. I would definitely go back!
My wife and I had a great time at Contentment Acres / Mt. Hood Haven. The hostess is warm and friendly, and the accommodations are very thoughtfully laid out. Having the comforts of a hotel room paired with the canvas walls (which allowed in the sounds of nature) made for a very pleasant weekend. We're looking forward to going back!
Pam's site is absolutely stunning. My friend and I had an amazing, relaxing stay, with such a gracious host. The glamping tent was almost indescribable. Neither of us had ever seen anything quite like it. If you're looking for a luxury camping experience, this is it!!! We're looking to come back every year.
Perfect scenery and tranquility. This is a place to unplug, relax and soak in the wind while admiring the stunning views of Mt. Hood. We will be back very soon. Just too good to stay away for too long.
We’ve been glamping a couple of times before, but nothing like this. This gorgeous, genuinely relaxing, out-of-the-way property is further enhanced by phenomenal amenities and Pam’s outstanding hospitality. She has thought of every detail and more, right down to home-baked goodies upon arrival. We drove there in our camper van with all our camping equipment and didn’t need to get even one thing from the van! It went down to 38 degrees one night while there, and the wood-burning stove kept us toasty warm. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Definitely, supremely recommended to future guests!
