If you want uninterrupted solitude, without the interruptions of daily life in the city, this is it. You can't get much closer to isolation without being air-dropped into Siberia. And this is a lot prettier and warmer.
We arrived unexpected and late due to a reservation mix up at a st. park. Finding something at 7pm on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend seemed impossible, but as luck would have it, Huckleberry and his lovely Creekside Camp (that I've dubbed the Bridgedown Camp) saved us from a long sad drive home.
Huckleberry has a piece of primitive heaven up here that he's willing to share.
PROS: REALLY Quiet/Solitude, trees..lots, very low host interaction, dogs (Definitely a pro for me)
CONS: Need better signage. That's it. ❤️ed it!

It was a little hard to find and weren't sure we were in the right place but once we figured it out it was just fine. Very primitive very secluded and 0 amenities. If you're looking for glamping you are far from it. If you're looking for seclusion in solitude you've got it.Hucks dogs can be a bit shy, until they are sure of you, and Huck himself is a great character.
