Marcus’ private orchard campsite was amazing. It was the exact setting my friends and I were looking for, for a weekend get away. There is nothing better than waking up to the beautiful scenery of apple trees, mountains, and water!

Quaint. Its an active farm so there was some activity. Hosts were very friendly. Only suggestion is have guests pull in at 303 address where there is parking and turn around space
Great view with some farm noises
CheVal was a nice campsite with a great view. Marcus was super helpful, accommodating and communicative.
If I had to choose campsite 2 looked like the best setup. Marcus put me in a great spot as I realized campsite 3 wouldn't work for me as it would require hiking all my gear up. Marcus had a new spot in mind that worked out.
One problem I ran into is there is an audible bat/bird device that sounds like screeching birds and whistles that comes on at 5:30am till 9:30 pm at night about 500ft with line of site from my camp spot. It's super obnoxious when trying to sleep on. I drowned it out with music which I hate to do but it sounds like a car alarm with 5 alternating screeching noises that come on every minute for a minute with a 30 second break. People in campsite 2 can hear it too but they are further away so it didn't impact them too much from what it sounded like.
The workers do come out in the morning too and you can here them work with music and tractors running around but was not a problem and I knew about this from the description before booking.
Since there is nothing else like this on Hipcamp, I still think it was a great setup and close to wineries all around. Just beware of those nuances and it can still be a good place to crash for the night and explore by day.

This spot is a gem! We had site #1. Beautiful view, quiet, safe, and the hosts were very sweet!
We will book it again!

The site had unbeatable views and was perfect for our weekend away! Directions were easy to follow and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
Our stay with Marcus was a pleasure!
The views from the vineyard (where we camped) couldn’t be beat with the mountains blocking the early morning sun and keeping it nice and cool, to the outstanding westward (also mountain) views in the evening, the overall experience was outstanding!
Although there technically aren’t bathrooms on the property, there happened to be a nice, clean port-a-potty right by our site which made using the restroom a breeze.
Marcus was friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
Beautiful view - we loved camping among the apple and cherry trees and overlooking the vineyard. Marcus was attentive to make sure all was well at our campsite, coming by once a day. He had a port-a-potty wheeled near the camping area, so it wasn’t a long walk. It was extremely clean and had soap and sink attached on the outside.
He also offered a tour of his winery, which we took him up on! He and his wife clearly put a lot of time and heart into the wines and ciders they make!
I would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely come here again. We were very Happy Campers. 😄

I wish I had known about noise issue as we could have adjusted timing on electronic distress call which is a deterrent to the birds intending to feast on cherries. Cherry harvest soon then this is a moot issue!
