This is our first home. It's still pretty new to us, and we're so excited to be here. Hosting is almost our favorite thing to do, so we held out for a home on acreage, to make sure we have ample room for old & new friends to enjoy while visiting the island. The motorhome on the property is a family heirloom; a grandpa original that will transport you to the glorious early 90's. Very well cared for, clean and cozy. The queen size bed is ridiculously comfortable. Judd Cove Preserve is just around the corner, and all the amenities of Eastsound are a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Being in town means you're right in the center of the island; nothing is more than 20 minutes from our door. Come hang out!

Gramma & Grampa's Homemobile

We had a great stay at the “homemobile” - three adults and we had PLENTY of space. It was exactly as advertised and more. The queen bed is amazingly comfy! We ended up over packing, assuming some essentials wouldn’t be available but actually were. (For example, they had chairs set up/all the cooking utensils we’d need.) The hosts were really friendly and had helpful suggestions about the area. Their property is very large so it felt remote enough even though we were close to the house. It’s a short walk to the water as well. They have cool pigs. Don’t let the “short walk to the main house for restrooms” deter you. It’s a private section of the house and is very easy to access. (Personally I prefer to use a full sized restroom over an RV restroom anyways!) Would definitely go back if I make it out to Orcas island again! Thanks!

Gramma & Grampa's Homemobile

RJ and Ali were amazing hosts!! Very personable, and knowledgeable about local attractions. Our family of six had plenty of room and fun! Gramma and Grandpa's Homemobile was clean and well appointed. They're only minutes away from downtown and have the feeling of being lost in the country. Our biggest regret was not being able to stay longer. We really look forward to going back!
