Park your camping trailer or RV, water, electricity both 110 and 30 amp service, sewer (septic hook up) are ready for you. Once your set up, start exploring. The beach, Blizard Trail, ride your bike, bring your kayak or just sit back and take in views all the way to Canada. Lummi Island does have a grocery store, near the ferry landing, but, best to stock your meals from home as the store has limited supplies. There are two restaurants, the Beach Store Cafe, moderate priced, and the Willows Inn, advance reservations are a must and it is expensive. The best part of Lummi Island is the tranquility, kick back and enjoy fresh air, beach walks, outstanding sunsets and quiet nights. Pets OK, please pick up after pet and have a leash.

We didn't actually stay at the site. We never it made it to Lummi Island because our tow vehicle broke down.
However, Robert was so communicative and helpful in getting ready for the trip that I felt it necessary to leave a good review. We definitely want to make a trip and stay at Pumpkin Patch in the future.
The pumpkin patch was soooo lovely! What a wonderful way to explore Lummi Island for the first time. The property was well maintained, the views were stunning and everything worked like a charm. Bob was very responsive via messaging and he sent a proxy over to meet us to help us set up who was great (he happened to be off island when we arrived). We met Bob on our last day... very nice and generous.
We especially liked the beach and how easy it is to walk there (takes like 3 minutes). The view of Orcas Island from the beach is splendid and everyone on the island was so friendly. The neighbor even brought his dog over to meet ours and chat. We tried to hike to the top of Lummi Peak, but apparently we went the wrong way because a nice guy on his bike stopped and politely told us we were crazy people going the hard way...LOL. We will have to come back and try again! Thanks Bob and Rose!

So the Friday of Labor day weekend the wife and I decided we wanted to be on the sound. We have a 25' nation class "c" so I was doubtful we'd find anything. Low and behold on HipCamp I found the pumpkin patch. Reserved it and Saturday morning we were off. Relaxed Saturday when we got there. Bob met us and invited us to the Salmon barbecue that was being held on Lummi island as well. He also extended a monday night for free! This was a GREAT weekend and the spot was great. Full hookups, quiet. It's a campground of one :) Also, about 50 yards away are steps to the beach. Worked out great. Thanks Bob.
Nice spot for RVing on Lummi!
Don’t want people to know how great it is because then it won’t be available!😜
This was our second weekend at the Pumpkin Patch. We love it here. Bob stopped by to introduce himself and see if we needed anything. Very nice and helpful. The view is great and the water is a block a way. Love the well kept large lawn area. We hiked about 5 miles a day through forest and along the water. 5 Stars for sure!
Without Bob's kindness and patience, we could not have stayed there because I was too new at backing my trailer and truck in.There is plenty of room and Our awesome host got us all lined up with power and the level spot .
It is a pastoral place with views of the sunset, if you select not to go down to their beautiful wild beach, which takes all of 6 glorious minutes. We saw and heard three vehicles in as many days!
Instead we heard the quiet hum of
fishingboats returning from a long and hopefully successful day. Songbirds and sesnas relaxed and welcomed us.
There are two lovely preseves that are short sweet scenic walks through woods and open grasslands ,with Mt. Baker sporting her snowy cap as majestically as the bald eagles we saw flying low for over the bay, seeking out dinner .
Back to Bob .....He truly wants you to make yourself at home, move the fire pit and MANY chairs to where feels best. Wood, fire starter and matches comes with the site
I would recommend bring newspaper and perhaps more kindling, but it's easy to gather at the beach
The tiny ferry leaves every half hour from both sides making the coming and going sooooo easy and enjoyable.
I am hoping to return later in the summer!!!
Enjoy!
