101 acres hosted by Sagi A.
My wife and I searched for the perfect property for many many years in the US and outside of the US until we found this beautiful 160 acre property located not too far from town. The property is completely private at the end of the road and has beautiful nature and water features. We fell in love as soon as we saw it and hope you do too. This is a natural pristine property; more primitive, "not a golf course."  We're on 160 acres surrounded by thousands of acres of woodlands and on an organic free range working ranch and family farm. We practice organic sustainable farming. The property has multiple seasonal creeks and a year round river running through it.  This property offers all of the privacy and beauty that the PNW has to offer. There are many cool trails to explore, mushrooms to pick, and yummy berries to eat throughout most of the seasons! The cool evenings and mornings make it enjoyable to cozy up by the fire pit.  Only about 25 minutes from Guinault Lake, many trails and parks, and about the same distance or less from the ocean,  making it an attractive spot to camp on, explore, and go outwards.  Expect to be greeted by two very friendly guardian dogs; they keep the animals of the farm and the people safe, and provide friendly company. Come and enjoy!

Adventure camping
Inaccessible land & Rude Host
Arriving at the gate, you wouldn't even know you were in the right place. Heavy gate marked with No Trespassing, Video Surveillance, Electric wire etc. We were just about to turn around at the gate and go to town to message the host, when we saw a woman in the distance and honked. She grudgingly came toward the gate, and when asked acknowledged that she was with Hipcamp. She then rudely said, "the gate is unlocked, you could just come in." But this is not the sort of gate you push open without permission. It gives off "shoot first, ask questions later" type vibes. She didn't tell us where to go, just gestured to the left. There is one sign that says "Adventure Camp" on the left side. Then it's just an old logging acreage, with a barely passable lumber scrap "road" and no signage. We drove for quite a while and only found thick and high bramble fields, first regrowth of the old logging site, nowhere to put a tent. When we backtracked eventually we found the one "site" where you can technically pitch a tent. There is a river rock fire pit, and some relatively cleared land around, but still covered in small brambles. We spent $35 for the night. The same amount can get you far better on Hipcamp. I would not recommend this site, due to the rude host and the unmarked, inaccessible areas. As a P.S., there are some very friendly dogs on the property. The one that hung around our camp was emaciated and looking for food all night.

Hidden waterfall and creek
Overall we had a good experience, you really feel in the nature in this camping spot, there are several very friendly dogs in the property that played with us. One drawback is the road to the campsite which is very narrow due to many trees and berries and in its current condition is very hard to get to the campground without scratching your vehicle ( especially with a RV). With a little bit more maintenence it can be perfect.

Wouldn't recommend adventure camp
Adventure camping was much more limited than expected. There was one space that was what I would consider a campsite. The rest was too overgrown to get too. The meadows are 4 ft tall grass. Fine if you are the only group there and got the one site but otherwise it was disappointing. The only signage at the gate is no trespassing signs and cameras and a group of barking dogs at the gate make you question if this is the right place. Also, the dogs are in some serious need of attention. They would come hang out in our camp and scrounge for food and it was hard to see them covered in matts and obvious ear infection in one. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Off-grid cabin by the Creek
Relaxing stay with lots of doggos!
I loved staying in this clean, comfortable and relatively spacious cabin. The dogs company made my stay even more enjoyable! Thank you for a relaxing getaway.

Adventure camping
Perfect
Sagi has a wonderful piece of property. Very quiet and beautiful. Think dispersed camping. The land isn't developed, which is perfect for my camping checklist. We stayed in a meadow area. A short stroll to the creek and Sagi's house. We did end up buying a little fire pit because there was no designated fire pit and didn't want to catch anything on fire. Could have been the spot we picked but keep that in mind if youre not renting his gas fire pit. We would definitely stay again.

beond organic Nirvana river retreat
Great site with a dog problem
Overall this was a great campsite, however, there were 4 large dogs on site that, per the owner “could not be contained”. One of them took a speaker and ripped open our garbage. There was also dog poop near the site. Other than that, it was a lovely site with multiple great options for tent sites.
