My wife and I purchased this piece of land about 3 years ago and plan to build our dream home here one day. When we first took on this project pretty much everything was overgrown and mother nature had taken over. We have put a lot of work clearing some areas so we all and enjoy all this property has to offer

Cedar River Camp
Will come back
Super fun and cute little site. Comes with a little bathroom area if needed. When we came it was sprinkling so we hung out next to the fire and under the canopy area. The directions look long and complicated but its not. The houses right before the site are super cute and the area smells like sweet trees.

This is a absolutely beautiful spot. It is Very clean and very private. Anthony was a very helpful host. He was quick with messaging his directions were extremely easy to follow. I will definitely be back.

Cedar River Camp
Quiet and Cozy
Awesome, quiet spot secluded in nature relatively close to Seattle. This was perfect for what we needed, just a quiet, safe place to park on a road trip, but had a bonus of a fire pit! Would definitely stay again. Also, Anthony was quite accommodating, letting us choose between two sites, opting for one that had easier access for 2wd on a muddy day.

Cedar River Camp
Total disaster
Anthony was very nice, I will say that up front. And the place was amazing, probably in the summer months it would be great, but my stay was a disaster and ended up costing me several hundred dollars to repair my truck and camper. So Anthony has two camping areas on a hillside, and knowing that I had an Rpod trailer, he had me go down a very steep hill into the lower site, which was so wet and so muddy (no gravel laid down on the road) that even in 4 wheel drive I could not back out of the small area when I found that it was too small to turn my truck and trailer around in. Tore off 3 of my leveling jacks, the blackberry bushes I was forced to drive my truck into to turn around ripped off my bumper, and it took me about 2 hours to get out of there. Anthony was very nice about it and had me move up top, which is a much nicer spot, but the damage was already done. If not for the trailer issue it really is in a beautiful location, if it were my land I would make some basic improvements like some vault toilets and leveling the lower area and it would be perfect.

Cedar River Camp
close but feels remote
Easy to find with the directions. We were able to get settled even though we arrived after dark. If there are people on the trail, you can just make them out through the woods, but it's pretty isolated otherwise. I loved the sound of the river. It helped us sleep. Only negative was that the bucket had been used, and the previous campers did not pack it out.

Cedar River Camp
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little clearing. Host was super communicative, directions were clear (even arriving in the dark!) and the space was just as advertised. The only thing to remember is that the site is close to a public walking path and you will likely see morning walkers from your campsite which can be a little startling if not expected! That being said, I would definitely return & recommend for friends.
