The Sage at Mt. NOE is known for its great spring water and running creek year round. Herb gardens and grapes are seasonal and many people enjoy sleeping in their hammocks amongst the trees on this wooded Mountain. The hiking trails weave around to a historic log cabin where mhoonshiners once made medicine from the spring beds. Today, the top of the hill serves as a driving range for golfers to practice while many enjoy just decompressing and being off the grid; from authors and screenwriters retreating to painters bringing out their easels.
