Forest Ridge top - fire pit 30ftsq
This place is great. A bit of a hike up to the camping spot but worth it to have a private space surrounded by trees. The hosts are friendly and helpful too. Would recommend!

The best campsite I've ever stayed
Besides the beautiful, remote location, Rose and her roommates were absolutely amazing hosts. They provided all the amenities we needed, coffee in the morning, and to top it we got treated to an incredible guided meditation session.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience, highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful trip.

Camper Beware
Poor experience and also a poor description of the sites on the profile page. 1) sites that are in the woods are not normal car camping sites. It is an uphill at least 1/4 mile trek to the sites. When arriving in the dark (not uncommon leaving the city on a late afternoon/early evening in Fall) trying to haul your car camping gear with kids only to be greeted by an overbooked campsite with no space is not what anyone wants. The distance/set up was not detailed up front. 2) The sites were overbooked and the group (6 plus people) that overran our site took up 3 sites and left our family and another family to find other space on different parts of the property. Pretty sure you could only book each site for 2 people. Message sent by host was that we would be the only ones for those 3 sites. I get it that people booked later, but we weren’t given a heads up or an alternative. 3) the property is right off a relatively busy country road so if you are staying near the house expect the you will hear that traffic all night. 4) if staying near the house with small kids beware that there is debris around the yard (old fencing, etc)

Beautiful Views and Fairly Secluded
Rose was a very gracious host and offered use of the field if we didn't want to get up the hill to camp. The camp site has beautiful views and a fair amount of seclusion once you get up the hill. Pack light, it's a short hike up the hill but the trail is pretty steep. It's worth the trip up the hill, the ambiance is beautiful and you have an awesome view of the sunrise.

Magical secluded Forest for 2
Beautiful, secluded woods
Great site, had a wonderful evening in site #2. Wooded, secluded and nicely set up. My only advice would be to bring a wagon or other all-terrain cart (the people camping at site 1 lent us theirs) because it’s a pretty steep but fairly short hike from the parking lot (alternatively, pack lighter)... the hike up is definitely work it, though, because we were in a cozy clearing in the woods, surrounded by mature trees and overlooking the slope down to Furnace Run. Very quiet and peaceful.
Didn’t actually get a chance to meet Rose, but we exchanged several texts and a phone call, and you can just tell that she is friendly, warm and justifiably proud of her place. She’s also very responsive if you have any issues (we missed a turn on the path and she quickly helped us get to where we needed to be). Will definitely return here soon!
