It was a pleasure to be hosted by Mr. Crounse! Place is very clean, there is abundance of firewood. Sound of river is amazing.. You can also swim if you want, because the river is easily accessible. My friend also caught 3 small fishes..
One more thing that I personally liked is absence of insects. The big plus is that you can park your cars right next to little wooden fence and don’t walk too far if you need anything.
Overall it was a good experience!! 🙏🏻

Gorgeous river get away. Had a long river float down to the James, caught some small mouths and enjoyed the beauty of undisturbed nature. Near Walton Mountain. Recommend this as a great get away.
