Josh's farm is beautiful and he is very friendly. He was very helpful with our setup which was needed. The hookups were not all close together so we opted to park our trailer within 20 ft of his sewer connection. Doing that meant we were 60-75 ft from the water spout, but he provided 50ft of hose to help with the length. His 50amp (He had a 30amp stepdown which we needed and used) was inside a barn which he hooked up for us but we needed at least 50ft of electric cord for this. It all worked out and we had a great time seeing the farm animals and seeing the cows. His property is large enough to explore and there is tubing nearby in Brunswick MD at the family campground there. Would stay again. Make sure you bring lots of mosquito repellent

Lovely property, great place to get some peace and quiet. Beautiful sunsets. My toddler loved the cows! I bet it would also be really beautiful in fall when the leaves turn.

Josh was an amazing Host and his land was so beautiful. It was quaint, calming, quiet, peaceful, and so relaxing. Josh was a gracious Host and really knows his land and the area well. He has everything anyone could need for an outdoor experience. Great Tebt Camp Sites, trails to hike, bike, or ATV. The RV site was really cool with great views. Fram animals contained but gave a great getaway feel. Bathroom and Shower set up amd trash too. He even has a range. Big plans for expanding his Hosting with a future lake, more RV and Tent spots. Josh Recommended Andys for food and great pizza with a beer garden too. Josh even showed up while at dinner. Friendly place and dogs welcomed. Great sunset view. If youre looking to getaway and feel way out there but still have a run in town option not too far away...this is the spot!
