Learn more about this land: 20 Acre campsite ready to enjoy. Peace and quiet is a great commodity on the outer edge of Richmond Virginia. There is a Creek that runs through 5 acres of woodlands. As time passes new developments will include fruit trees and bushes along the edge, privacy trees and wide open fields for all kinds of recreational activities. Flower gardens and fields of crops may spring into action too for a nice rustic feel. There are walking and bike paths near by as well. Come enjoy this wonderful piece of land that will provide an opportunity to reconnect with nature. As of September 2021 we will not be accepting any new reservations.  We are working through some logistics to be back up and running soon.  Thank you for your consideration and continued support.  Please save this campsite for future reservations and check back periodically for a Grand Opening Date.

    Very calm and quiet stay. Arrived and set up just off the road in a 30 foot trailer just fine. No hook ups, so be prepared to be completely self sufficient. Nice property and host was great at communicating! Deer are everywhere and there was a fire pit and some furniture available to use on the property.

    Long Live the King
    A magical and mystical experience from start to finish. This trip was our first experience staying overnight in a royal kingdom. Complementary firewood was provided which improved our stay greatly. Our energies were rejuvenated on this land from start to finish. Beautiful, 360 degree views of the campsite. Would definitely camp again.

    Beautiful open field and scenic views. It was easy to find and we were warmly greeted by John and his son. He just confirmed we were in the right location and reminded us to explore the property and to enjoy ourselves. We never saw him again. Perfect. Nice vibe out here and the stars twinkle a bit brighter. Would repeat.
