Pepper and I LOVED our trip
What an amazing experience! I chose this place because of the reviews and pictures. I needed a quiet serene place to go and relax before my surgery. Boy did this place deliver! It was beautiful, quiet, and so peaceful. A great place to kayak and paddle board. Kristin and her husband were so welcoming and kind. My dog LOVED it there. To camp and be off leash is her favorite. The wildlife is beautiful as well. I will be returning after my recovery. 100% happy with my experience.

The host is great. Me and some buddy's went camping on motorcycles in 30 degree weather, I know not the greatest plan. But the host had a fire going for us when we got there to keep us warm.

Our two-night retreat at this camping site exceeded all expectations. The abundance of unlimited firewood allowed for cozy nights by the fire, while the electricity and water hookups provided added convenience. Nestled in a tranquil wooded location, the site featured well-maintained facilities, including a bathroom, outdoor kitchen, and a refreshing shower.
The opportunity to kayak on the nearby lake added an adventurous dimension to our stay. The thoughtful touch of overhead warm lights created a magical atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience. Kristin and her husband, our gracious hosts, not only provided exceptional amenities but also communicated every aspect of our stay thoroughly. They were always available to answer questions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable camping experience. The homemade banana bread and dog treats, which were truly out of this world, reflected their commitment to hospitality. I highly recommend this site for a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm hospitality.

Site 1 - The Meadows at Chigger Creek
Nice lake & Limited Privacy
The pictures of the campsite did not fully represent the area. The campsite was right beside the host’s residence and lacked privacy. The host, who was very nice, offered a different site beside a storage unit and shelter which was still close to the residence. We decided not to stay because we like privacy on our camping trips. She was understanding when I explained why we we not staying and returned 25% of our two night planned stay. The lake was beautiful and kayaks and canoes were available. If privacy is not a concern, then this will be a great place to camp.

Lovely little spot! The hosts were great at giving directions and providing accommodations. Even came out to help us prep the fire and gave us homemade nut bread. They were incredible
