We rented two sites with Jon and Ann in June and both exceeded our expectations. As hosts Jon and Ann were very responsive, friendly and helpful and provided useful information about their property and the immediate area.
The following were pros\cons to our trip but keep in mind all camping has pros and cons and not all users see them the same.
The bathrooms were exceptional and clean. Actual bath instead of porta.
The sites were average size. Some may find they are too close together but we were the only campers during COVID and had room to spare. We would have been happy even if we weren't the only campers.
The area offered us exceptional biking, we did not swim so can't speak to the nearby lake access. Overall the area is beautiful.
Bugs - As with any nature site the bugs were prevalent which is to be expected.
I think if you are looking for quite adult camping this is an exceptional option. I don't think I would book here with young kids because quite hours could be hard to adhere to. Overall loved our stay

Lamoille Valley Rail Trail West Danville End is a 20 minute drive from the site. The trail is excellentNearby Lake Greenwood - I am not sure about capers access to this Lake because we were focused on biking but the lake it is beautifulView of Site 7 from site 1The view out of a long Tunnel on the Lamoille Valley Rail trail

Jon and Ann's place was such a welcome stop on a cold, rainy day. The campsite was thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfy night of camping. The bathhouse was definitely a highlight!
Would camp again!
