The road was really a 75 for driveway, not private, on a fairly busy road. There is a for sale sign on the property.

This location has the big upside of being less than a mile from downtown Vergennes. I loved being able to walk there and back safely after a night of food and drinks. Tent campers, make sure to bring tools and a tough mattress because the ground is full of sticks and small roots. Grass and weeds were fairly overgrown so upkeep could be better. Overall had a great night and recommend to Vergennes tourists who like to walk around town.

Great little pull off spot on the way through VT. Amazing mobile Internet. A little exposed, to the road to the North but if you need a quick simple spot to over night this place is great.

Gorgeous area with views of the Adirondacks and Lake Champlain just down the road. Friendly cow neighbors! Spot is right next to a fairly main road, though the road is very quiet.

Hipcamper Agnes

Nice level spot - good cell signal

Lovely, level spot, walking distance to town. Good Verizon coverage allowed us to work without issues. Dogs enjoyed sniffing around the property and visiting with the neighbor’s cows, who came by for a visit. :)
