Park your van, camper or trailer in one of the many cozy meadows on our peaceful 22-acre homestead. Enjoy the seasonal bounty of our organic farm, including berry-picking, fresh vegetables from our garden, fruit from our orchard, eggs from our friendly chickens & ducks, milk from our playful dwarf goats, mind-blowing leaf peeping & majestic hidden (and not-so-hidden) hikes and swimming holes within a few minutes' drive. Hike the massive open woods behind our homestead and enjoy all of the natural beauty that Vermont has to offer.

Windham, VT is a sleepy little farming town with a population of under 500. The people here are delightfully relaxed and humble. The community-run café & all-purpose general store at the bottom of our road is the perfect place to stop for a cup of coffee and a fresh pastry to start your day (or a sandwich, daily special soup, or seasonal slice of pie). You'll also find locally raised meat, produce, honey & maple syrup alongside a variety of locally made artisan crafts. Windham's claim to fame is Hamilton Falls, so be sure to stop here for a hike or a dip (or both, depending on the season).

We are a working homestead, and we have two free-ranging working livestock dogs. They are kind & friendly, but they are working dogs and their job is to protect our livestock. This means that they use their exceptional sense of smell and strong barks to ward off potential predators (bears, coyotes, foxes, raccoons). Our dogs work in shifts, so on some nights our Great Pyrenees can be heard barking occasionally. This is especially true in the early spring and fall, when native wildlife is very active. If you are particularly sensitive to the occasional bark, we will set you up at a site furthest from our home!
