Meadow and her husband were fantastic, as was the land! Meadow had wonderful communication prior to our stay and the directions and coordinates of the site was accurate! We camped in campsite 2 which had a great view of the valley and mountains as well as cows for neighbors! Meadow supplied us some water for showering as well as toilet paper. This is a rustic spot, but great if you’re looking for a place to sleeping for the night, especially in a campervan like ours! The road getting up to the site is a little rocky, so a higher clearance vehicle or 4x4 is a plus, but a sedan could probably do it if you take it a little slow in some places. We will stay again when we are in the area - thank you!!

Beautiful quiet private site with a great view down the valley. A few goats in the distance looked friendly. The large jug of water at the site with flowers was a nice bonus.

Meadow was helpful and friendly throughout the process and welcomed me to her family farm. The views from site 2 were amazing!

Very quiet peaceful and tranquil. The views are amazing. The farmstead is 0.5 miles away and you can pay with venmo to get beautiful local produce, meat, baked goods, syrup and more. Take your time on the gravel road. It is not far but there are some rocky and rough areas. If tent camping a tarp and or outdoor rug/mat is recommended.

Amazing view! Was the kind of view you want to do a long hike to get to :)
Unfortunately there were already campers in Site 2 (which seemed to be more shaded) so we ended up in Site 1, which was quite exposed on a hot day and had high grass that was a bit hard to manage around.

Response from Meadow, the Host, on July 30th, 2020

Hey Tess, so sorry about the site. You were the first campers to use it and I did a bad job with signs for this site. The site was actually over further next to the hedgerow but the fence posts I put up did not make that obvious and I apologize!

Meadow's land is fabulous! I love the cows grazing and meandering on by. The views are spectacular and the directions were easy to follow. We will definitely be back.

Also! They sell produce from their farm stand down the street, such a plus!
