I loved camping at Neige Forest! My boyfriend and I stayed the night and it was an absolutely stunning setup! Alan was super friendly and helpful, and the property was gorgeous, though I wish we had stayed longer in order to explore more! I definitely recommend staying here and I am sure I will camp again!

Neige Forest Canvas Tents
LOVED my glamping experience because of this place! Communication with Alan was easy and thorough; he took the time to send me detailed check in instructions and answered any questions I had. Even though the weather was cold (that’s winter glamping for ya), I loved that there was a stove and wood pellet for us, which Alan graciously showed us how to use. Prior to going I assumed that it was going to be pretty primitive, but there were still things like running clean water and porta potties which were super convenient. Highlight was definitely the nearby creek and the breathtaking stars at night! This is the best location and I loved every moment of being here. If you’re in need of a getaway from the city like I was, come here and you’ll love it!

I'd first like to say that I love the name of the site "Neige" - which means snow in French. The name caught my eye and gives it some character.
Alan was a great host! He was really helpful during my stay. Although the place is pretty primitive (porta potties and no hot water), there was a wood stove in the tent; so I was able to keep myself warm. The campsite is gorgeous, it's a nice getaway into nature. It's close to a natural spring, about a 30 min hike to a beautiful view of camel hump, and only a 30 min drive into town (closest store is Stowe). I am hoping to come back and experience this place in Spring or Summer.

We’d never been camping in the snow before but wanted to try out the heated tents that you see sometimes around Vermont. I was a bit nervous seeing there were no reviews for the rent, but Alan made the stay very comfortable by meeting us and showing us around and how to use the stove. Neige Forest is really beautiful and the tent was a lot of fun for me and my family. The stove kept us nice and toasty. Word of warning, it’s a bit of a hike from the parking area to the tent. On the plus side, we were completely isolated in the forest. It’s close enough to Stowe to enjoy all the nice restaurants and shopping when we wanted to see people again.
