Welcome to Dreamland!  A sanctuary with three active earth temples, abundant forest, extensive gardens, and sustainable off grid living.  This is the home Fearn, Brinx the dog, Gryphon the cat, and the Green Mountain School of Druidry.

This land is alive and very magical.  Dont be surprised if you dream of dragons and faeries while here!

I provide a large tent on a nice wooden platform. Sleeps at least 4.

Access is fairly level.  Surrounded by hills. Site is on a plateau overlooking a gurgling brook and faery well. There is also a large labyrinth and stone circle on site.

Tent site is a short walk on a trail from parking and outhouse.

There are walking trails through the forest as well as our quiet dirt road.

We are close to lots of good paddling, hiking and good food!

Wrightsville Reservoir for paddling and swimming/beach.

Worcester Mountain range- several beautiful mountain hikes nearby.

20 minutes to Montpelier- groceries, coop, farmers market, restaurants...

40 minutes to Stowe- more mountains, restaurants, resorts, hiking...

Very beautiful location! The facilities were flawless—tent in the woods, camp kitchen and outhouse. It was a wonderful camping experience! Especially those that are new to camping, we found everything easily and there were great walking trails on site. Definitely recommend and would visit again! Fearn was a fantastic host

Unbelievably beautiful spot, serene and lovely, with a really beautiful labyrinth and a cozy yurt for meetings. The landscape is hilly and the path to the tent muddy, which were both more of a challenge than my 71-year-old body was easily able to navigate, but would be no problem for people in better shape. Of special note was the music: wood thrush and other birdsong, coyotes at night, something that might have been a moose (but are they nocturnal?), and something that might have been a catamount (but do they exist?). And also, briefly, a woman't voice singing a simple, beautiful melody. It doesn't get more idyllic than that.

I am so grateful to have been able to stay at Dreamland -- such a beautiful and magical location! Fearn was in clear contact and communication and I felt safe at the site. I like to go camping 'off-grid' every year as part of a birthday and am already looking forward to the next retreat! Thank you!

Fearn's Dreamland retreat went above and beyond what we ever could have hoped for. Her land was straight out of a story book, we thought we were dreaming, it was so beautiful and whimsical. The photos just dont do it justice. The land itself is riddled with beautiful touches of artistic design throughout, it is truly a site to be seen, my husband and I were in absolute awe of how truly beautiful it all was. And when we met Fearn she was so lovely and very welcoming, she gave us a short tutorial of some of the classes she teaches on her land, which we found very facinating. Also, my husband and I have to say, the outhouse on her property is the MOST AMAZING OUTHOUSE we have ever encountered, it is miraculous. The fairy well is also so beautiful and we really enjoyed viewing it, and it made such a wonderfully calming trickling noise at night, I loved it, we hope to come back and see it again someday. Thank you Fearn for a lovel stay!!
