Great spot!! The site was a quick walk but still felt private, with a nice brook and some falls and beautiful views and natural landscape all around. The hosts were super nice and friendly too! Overall exactly what I was looking for, and that fact that I didn't have to bring a tent was a great bonus, the on-site tent was super spacious and comfy.
Elsewhere is magic! It’s easy to catch the earthy vibe here. The tiny home, the VW bus ‘Dharma’, and all the homestead sites really make this spot feel cozy and welcoming. Colby and Aria are a rad couple. They are super friendly and have some great stories to share about traveling and adventure. I got the experience I was looking for; out in the forest, connected to earth, and in good company. I WILL BE BACK!
We had a great time at Bears Den! The site was so peaceful and the tent was awesome and so cool, with plenty of room for our group. Hope to come back again!
Thanks for everything,
Heidi & Frank
Colby and Aria were great hosts & it's a beautiful area. highly recommend checking out the timber crib dam a town over, and wandering around their trails!
Had an amazing time! Very special to be secluded in the beautiful VT woods at a campsite. Colby and Aria are A+ hosts and exceeded my expectations. Hope to be back up here again soon!
What a great spot! It was very private, surrounded by woods, and the fire pit and tent were perfect. I wouldn’t recommend bringing too much stuff if you can help it. The walk in was short, 3 min walk, but uphill and across a brook. We took too much stuff up to the site and we’re kicking ourselves the next day when we had to lug it all back to our truck. Colby and Aria are very friendly! Highly recommend!
Great time. Unexpected fawn ran through our camp. Beautiful serenade of birds, chipmunks, & squirrels playing. Compost bathroom was immaculate. Lovely river to take a dip in.
Great spot. I’d come back
