Off Grid eco oriented camp on 1200 acres overlooking Zion National Park. Owned and operated by Bill Wright, a rancher whose family has farmed and ranched the land for several generations. A few minutes from Zion’s backcountry trails in the Kolob Terrace Region and approx. 40 minutes to the main gate of Zion NP. Bill Wright is the father of the legendary "Wright Brothers" the family of Professional Rodeo Saddle Bronc riders. You will often see Bill tending the land and moving cattle and horses from your campsite. This off the grid ranch has some of the most stunning views you'll ever encounter. Want a little adventure during your stay? Reserve a 2-hour horseback ride with Bill. He'll finish your ride with one of the most breathtaking vistas you can find of Zion National Park. Our property features many spaced out sites to choose from with bathrooms onsite. Pets and campfires are also allowed.The Wright family has owned these 1,200 acres for 150+ years. We are now offering our open, best kept secret, avoid-the-crowds eco campsites to the public. Camp overlooking Zion National Park! Beautiful
Beautiful views, the hosts were friendly and helpful. Tent camping was great….. the roads getting in were difficult at night. Be sure to arrive before sundown.

This location and campsite is incredible!!! I was unfortunately ill during my stay but I couldn’t have been in a better location to just chill and watch my surroundings! It’s so quiet and just incredibly beautiful! Great value and not far from Zion. If i came back to Zion I would 100% stay here! It was a great location to come with our camper van!

Amazing views
We loved the view and tent camping was fun. Definitely check weather before trying to drive even if you have 4x4 I have A front wheel pathfinder does have higher clearance so that helped. The RVs were getting stuck. If it just rained, I would not even attempt driving at all due to the mush, but give it a few hours and some sun and the red sand will dry. Bring compostable tp or even your own toilet so you don’t have to walk to the Johnny on spot. My kids loved it it would be awesome to have a big kids camp get together here.

Stars Were Out
Beautiful views of Zion National park. Definitely will do again. Outhouses were pretty gross. No place to dump trash after site clean up. All in all it was a great place to visit and well worth the trip. 4x4 a must. Daughter saw her first shooting star and had her first campfire.

Incredible views, great location!
We were blown away by the beauty of this land! There were many spots to choose from, all with incredible views. My only note was that not all the port o potties were open so it took some walking around to find the ones that were usable. Would definitely stay here again!
