We are currently in our late winter early spring mode and our property is at 4000 ft, conditions can change based on the weather. We have ten acres that our home sit on but about 9 acres and consist of dry farm grass. We use 1 acre for camping and parking. The Weber river runs across the back of our property where we have a campground with communal tables and firepit. We have added a wooden porta potty enclosed in a small tent which we service every day or as needed. We do have some firewood available occasionally but you should bring your own. We do not have potable water at our sites but we can and will provide water from our home if you provide your own container. Site selection is determined by type of sleeping accommodations. **We allow 2 adults per site and/or 2 adults and minor children per site. (Exceptions must be approved and additional fees paid) We are not a public campground and only list through Hipcamp and so our property is posted with NO TRESPASSING SIGNS. It is very important to let us know your approximate arrival time so that we can guide you down to the campgrounds and get you the best spot base on your type of camping. (Sleep in vehicle versus tent campers) One draw back to our property is that we are within 1/2 mile of a well use highway (US 84) and railroad track. We have only had one camper who was concerned about the noise. Here at the house we don't notice it and maybe we are just use to it. Limited swimming and use of paddle board base on river conditions. During the winter we occasionally get snowed in and in the spring and early summer we experience high water based on snow melt which makes use of the river extremely dangerous. Limited fishing is based on water levels with fly fishing being the best however you can use lures . We would prefer catch and release because the river is not stocked by the Utah fish and game. So, we are dependent on normal reproduction of the fish. ALL UTAH FISHING REGULATION APPLY. WE HAVE INDICATED WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE. THE WHOLE AREA IS BASICLLY LEVEL AND GRASS AND BARK COVERED.

Secluded resting spot!

Al was super friendly and welcoming. We were lucky to have the space to ourselves, otherwise you’ll have nearby neighbors and minimal privacy. Not many mosquitoes in April but bring bug spray. The sound of the river was relaxing, we didn’t mind the busy highway.

Site 3 - RIVER BEND CAMPGROUND

My girlfriend and I went tent camping here at AL'S site and it was great! We chose a bad time to go since it was super cold and wet but we still had a blast. Has a toilet that gets cleaned and emptied everyday, a communal firepit for all the campsites, and a nice river always in view.

Great spot

Staid overnight here on a road trip, was aware of hwy noise, trains near by so I had ear plugs. Slept very well, pretty mountains in the background, was next to a creek. Will stay again when I am in the area.

Site 3 - RIVER BEND CAMPGROUND

Camp here :)

AL was a great host. He led us back to the campsite and made sure our RV was in a level area. The river was beautiful and kayaking on it was a blast (he has kayaks for rent, not paddle boards). The wooden swing is no longer in service as the tree it was connected to rotted out and collapsed prior to us getting there. You can hear the cars on the highway and the train that goes by, however it doesn’t mask all of nature’s beautiful sounds! Beautiful camping area! 10/10 would recommend :)
