We absolutely loved campsite #2. Had trees and was large enough for our trailer and tent with extra space. We went on memorial day weekend and it was quiet and John was a great host. Came around morning and night to check in but was never bugging us.

Can't wait to book again!!

We have told so many of our family and friends. Grounds for your tent were a bit pokey but they gave us carpet to lay down to help. The drive up the mountain was just gorgeous! Some campsite are smaller than others.

John was exceptionally friendly and helpful! The lake was a great spot to recreate and cool off, and the drive to Zion was easy and beautiful. Nice cool temperature for late June and the Mesa top drive in was stunning. Improvement could be made with dust in sites, and the bathroom is shared with public reservoir users, so not the cleanest. Overall great stay; we recommend it!

We came up Memorial Day weekend and it was very cold and super windy! The scenery though was gorgeous and the camp upkeep was fantastic, John provided fire pit rings, mats for sites for comfort, picnic tables, and garbage cans upon request. We decided to leave the night before instead because it was just too cold and windy and John said that the weather was out of the ordinary so next time we wanted to return, he would comp us a free day to make up for the experience. I’m super excited to come back, especially knowing how warm and welcoming John was as a host!

Where do I begin... Kolob is STUNNING!!! We were lucky enough to be part of the Blake brother's first weekend of camping and I give it to them, they did an incredible job. They were Accommodating, nice, and went out of their way to make sure everyone had enough firewood for cold nights, their campground was safe & they even locked the gates at night so people who were not staying there could not get in.. They always drive though the campsite to make sure everyone is doing good. Super helpful! THERE IS NO PHONE SERVICE.. unless you go down to the wifi zone at the Kolob rentals, so prepare to come ready for no SERVICE.... this place is incredible and i am for sure coming back to this campsite. Thanks for an amazing weekend, Mr. Blakes...

This campground was perfect! Having never been here, I reached out to John explaining my expectations and he provided a great recommendation on what site to stay at. We stayed at number 5 and it had a nice view of the water, and was pretty covered by trees and bushes to give privacy. John came by each night to make sure we were doing okay and even gave us some extra fire wood to keep warm. It was great to have him there to ask questions since we were unfamiliar with the area. He also gave us a nice recommendation for a hike that was well worth the views. The restrooms were just a short easy walk and were nice and clean. Overall an amazing experience and I can’t wait to stay here again!

To the left you can see the gate that encloses the campsite. If you keep walking down this road you will find the bathrooms and parking area. Another view of the lake from the camp ground Another photo from the other side of the lakeWe easily walking around the lake and got a different view. The area is lovely to go on strolls

This is a really cool spot on the top of the mountain. Located on the Kolob Reservoir, you have many options of outdoor activities like kayaking, fishing, hiking, ATV's and more. John was a great host and greeted us with all the necessities upon arrival. The campsites are very close together, so privacy is not an option, however I have no complaints otherwise.
