This was a last minute booking. Matt was kind enough to accept it. The spot was clean, level and exactly as described. It was peaceful. The horses were friendly and provided dinner entertainment. We would stay here again.

We booked the day of, so we were really grateful to have a place to stay. It was a lovely space, especially so accessible from the highway. We loved having the horses nearby. Everything worked out well for us, though we were grateful that we had our own amenities.

This was perfect as a stop-over night camp on our drive north. The ranch is quiet, clean, and has the most gorgeous view of the Wasatch mountains, which we enjoyed throughout our stay.

The ranch has a beautiful view of the mountains as advertised and friendly horses. The host, however, was barely responsive and not friendly at all, which isn't exactly a huge problem except the site is listed "meet and greet" and it's unclear where exactly to camp (satellite photos in the listing weren't clear enough). We didn't expect the red carpet roll out, but a simple "hello, here's your site, have a nice time" would have been great and more deserving of a $30 fee. A posted note would have sufficed. Instead we felt unwelcomed and as if we were trespassing.

We ended up staying at a walk up site on Antelope Island and had a really incredible evening.
