There is lots of open space. We have a trampoline and swing and fire pit we can share (fire pit for spring and early summer only). Its very peaceful out here. There are tons of flat roads to ride bikes safely on. Its 30 mins from Bear Lake, 20 Minutes from Monte Cristo. There is fishing nearby and a park around the corner. 30 amp electrical hookup.
