Beautiful custom Tipi in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest and Uintas Wilderness Range! Room for 2 comfortably with a queen air mattress & large meditation pillows for sitting and plenty of outdoor amenities that will give you that glamping feeling with just enough convenience and class that you will never want to leave. Shaded & private in the pines & aspens, you will barely realize you are in a gated community yet able to come and go easily without a fuss. Geronimo Ranch is located next to hundreds of acres of BLM land that is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing, & snowshoeing, and also boasts a private community lake perfect for paddle boarding & canoeing. The community has access to our own stretch of blue ribbon fly fishing on the upper Weber River perfect for fisherman, swimming, or brave river tubing. Cars can get up freely when not during Winter months, but hosts have ATV’s & a snowcat to pickup guests in the parking lot located below regardless of the season. The hosts deeply love nature and love sharing their slice of heaven with others so book today to come have an incredible experience! ***Campers are recommended to bring sleeping bags*** Even though we provide bedding, the current temperatures require additional warmth and we find that this is the best way to do so.

Amber and Lee were awesome! Lee met us at the gate even though we were a bit late. It ended up raining, and though some water got in the top, we were surprisingly cozy and warm! We wish we could have stayed longer!

Amber and Lee were amazing hosts. The camp is located next to their home on the top of a bluff over looking a beautiful vista. Getting away from the regular tourist spot and staying overnight in a tepee was special. They took care in creating a modern authentic tepee experience including an outdoor enclosed outhouse. Lee took us to hidden spots in the area. We would recommend this spot to anyone who enjoys a sacred space amongst the aspens.

We loved having you stay with us at Geronimo Ranch Annette & David! When Lee & I are able to share life experiences, hear those of others, share art, and a glass of wine, it makes the experience magical for all of us! We hope to see you again soon, and all the best, Lee & Amber

We had the most fantastic stay at Geromino Ranch! We had wanted to fish on the Weber river and their location could not have been more perfect - they are only 2 min away! Amber and Lee met us when we arrived and give us all the information we needed to settle in and enjoy our evening. We took full advantage of the amazing deck. We watched the sunset and cooked up some dinner while enjoying the fire pit. We slept great on their fantastic bed with real bedding and felt cozy and safe. Their onsite toilet is super easy to access and super clean! We absolutely recommend this location and loved meeting Amber and Lee - amazing folks with extraordinary hospitality! Definitely come check out this camp :)

Lee makes these incredible handmade candles! Ask him about them to get your hands on one :)A gorgeous evening at Geronimo Ranch.

Geronimo was a comfortable and adorable stay, and our favorite stay on Hipcamp yet. Lee and Amber were very welcoming and accommodating, and the teepee and surroundings are clearly well-cared-for. The bed was comfortable and plenty warm for the early fall evening. We enjoyed our dinner on the deck looking out across the valley and appreciated having a quiet place to rest after a day fishing nearby. The site is easy to access from Salt Lake City, Park City, and Heber, and is close to lots of fishing, hunting, hiking, and provides a good launch point for a trip into the Uintas. We wished that we could have stayed another night, and loved chatting with Lee and Amber. Lee even gave us a very cool parting gift , a candle holder that he had milled from a local aspen tree. I would recommend this listing to any couple looking for a quick and convenient escape just a short drive from the city.

Amber and Lee are excellent hosts! They made me and my dogs feel like old friends. The tee-pee is amazing, very cozy but doesn’t feel small. The bed was super comfy! The deck was a great spot to relax! Make sure you get up to the lake! It’s spectacular!

Our stay was terrific! Lee and Amber are wonderfully great hosts. They provided us with extra blankets for the cold night, gave us a tour of the lake and made sure we had a great night. The teepee is a one of a kind experience, recommended for everyone!

Our stay at Geronimo Ranch was fun. I took my 5 year old to experience a night in the teepee, and it was magical with the fairly lights and Amber even left a children's book. The deck is great, and also the deluxe porta potty was nice. It isn't away from it all (gated rural community) but for us that was great because Amber and Lee were there to help (novice campers). The teepee is steps from their home. Lee helped me get there which was much appreciated, and was very gracious and took us for a ride to see the private lake nearby, and helped us park on the steep gravel slope. They both were great with my son. We were cold in the night and I'm sure a small critter was on the bed, but hey - it's camping! I know to better prepare next time. It was fun.
